    After the plants were delivered, I took the requested photos of the damaged plants, which were overgrown in the pots, leggy, and broken. I lost 4 of the 6 and requested replacement. Growers Exchange wanted photos so I sent those to them, then they wanted photos of the planted ones which were dead and not put in the ground. The company has bad reviews already and also has a refund policy. I really just wanted nice fresh plants, but they would not cooperate without additional photos of the plants I that did not survive and were never planted. Any help with this company will be appreciated before I have to take any further action. Thank you.

    Very buggy website - & difficulty navigating there, or reaching any live person! They are/were running a $5 sale on plants which I had in my cart trying to check out, and they switched/increased prices on those items I was TRYING to check out that were $5 each! Omg - so frustrating. This group seriously needs a big dose of PROFESSIONALISM and employees who can manage their website and get rid of programming bugs would be helpful, too. They seem to be operating behind a curtain - where are the real people I can talk to who can fix the issues? Eh?

I see your cart and will be happy to send over an updated invoice to include the plants that were in the sale bin at that time and have the prices reflect as they were when you were shopping with us.I understand the frustration.
