I worked with DVAC (Richard ******* to settle a claim for diminished value following being involved in an accident while visiting Maine. The driver of the vehicle that hit me left the scene; however, a witness was able to get the license plate and turn it in to the local police. I sought Richard’s help in filing a diminished value claim. I just settled the claim with the driver’s insurance company and am very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend DVAC.

I won my diminished value settlement case!!! I truly would not have won without the help and expert advice and excellent services from Richard W. ******* Richard E. ****** and Emily. I hired this wonderful company to help me get the full DVAC diminished value appraisal of ***** for my new car because the At-Fault Driver's car insurance company was only willing to offer me ****. From the very start upon hiring DVAC, their services were spot on! They emailed me the report on the very same day after I gave them all the necessary documents. They also guided me on what to do EVERY step of the way! They always answered all my questions and concerns immediately and reassured me each time on how to go about the next steps. I had to file a small claims against the at-fault driver because the insurance company was playing hard ball. Richard was very comforting and knew exactly what was to be expected and he had full confidence that I was going to win. Needless to say, not too long after I filed, I got an email from the at-fault driver's attorney, letting me know that they were willing to settle out of court. YAY!!! So, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you hire DVAC for your diminished value appraisals. They literally work with you until you get the check in your very hands!!! My vehicle was damaged by a drunk driver, I obtained the DVAC report and submitted it to the at fault insurance company, The insurance company did the usual delay and wait game, I wasn’t going to backdown and put up with the games, I filed a small claims case against the driver, submitted the DVAC report and other documents as evidence. I won my case! I was also able to recover the costs of court fees and the fee paid to DVAC for the report. I highly recommend this company.Diminished Value Appraisal Claims DVAC USA

GET THIS COMPANY ON YOUR SIDE! Emily Flynn is amazing. She and the rest of the staff were there for every twist and turn in our quest to recoup the diminished value for our vehicle. Highly recommend their expertise and guidance. We could not have received payment for the diminished value of our vehicle without DVAC of Virginia! They knew how to respond to the at-fault insurance company’s reluctance (yes, you will get push-back) to pay the diminished value. MONEY WELL SPENT ! these guys are great ! The insurance company wasn't willing to offer 1 cent for the diminished value of my car until I worked with this company! I was skeptical, but this really worked out well for me. Insurance offered me ******* in DV on a truck that only had **** in damage, but frame was bent. Amazing experience! I was more than impressed in every way. I worried about the hassle and how long the process would take to get a check from the at fault insurance company but Richard did such a fantastic job! I had the check the next day and it was the full amount requested. I would recommend his services if you ever are in need of fast and reliable assistance in filing a finished value claim. I simply supplied a few necessary bits of info and he did ALL THE WORK. It was very precise and thorough and I believe this is the reason I didn’t get a low offer back from the insurance company. I reached out to the DVAC on a Thursday evening for an auto appraisal and received a call from Richard ******* the man himself the very next morning. I spoke to him about my vehicle and what I needed. He told me what information he needed, spoke to me about my vehicle, and was happy to work with me. By 11:00 am the same day I received a complete legitimate appraisal. Not only did Richard ****** provide the upmost customer service, but he was comforting during a stressful situation.
