After my car was declared a total loss, I consulted the valuation experts at DVAC to review my insurance company's offer. After a thorough assessment, they advised that pursuing a higher vehicle valuation wouldn’t be beneficial. The entire experience with DVAC was seamless and exceptional – their team was prompt, responsive, and honest in their recommendations. Highly recommend their service!

My vehicle was damaged by a drunk driver, I obtained the DVAC report and submitted it to the at fault insurance company, The insurance company did the usual delay and wait game, I wasn’t going to backdown and put up with the games, I filed a small claims case against the driver, submitted the DVAC report and other documents as evidence. I won my case! I was also able to recover the costs of court fees and the fee paid to DVAC for the report. I highly recommend this company.Diminished Value Appraisal Claims DVAC USA Response

GET THIS COMPANY ON YOUR SIDE! Emily Flynn is amazing. She and the rest of the staff were there for every twist and turn in our quest to recoup the diminished value for our vehicle. Highly recommend their expertise and guidance. We could not have received payment for the diminished value of our vehicle without DVAC of Virginia! They knew how to respond to the at-fault insurance company’s reluctance (yes, you will get push-back) to pay the diminished value. MONEY WELL SPENT ! these guys are great ! The insurance company wasn't willing to offer 1 cent for the diminished value of my car until I worked with this company! I was skeptical, but this really worked out well for me. Insurance offered me ******* in DV on a truck that only had **** in damage, but frame was bent. Amazing experience! I was more than impressed in every way. I worried about the hassle and how long the process would take to get a check from the at fault insurance company but Richard did such a fantastic job! I had the check the next day and it was the full amount requested. I would recommend his services if you ever are in need of fast and reliable assistance in filing a finished value claim. I simply supplied a few necessary bits of info and he did ALL THE WORK. It was very precise and thorough and I believe this is the reason I didn’t get a low offer back from the insurance company. I reached out to the DVAC on a Thursday evening for an auto appraisal and received a call from Richard ******* the man himself the very next morning. I spoke to him about my vehicle and what I needed. He told me what information he needed, spoke to me about my vehicle, and was happy to work with me. By 11:00 am the same day I received a complete legitimate appraisal. Not only did Richard ****** provide the upmost customer service, but he was comforting during a stressful situation. It was an absolute pleasure working with the DVAC team, specifically Richard Taylor. The process of obtaining the appraisal report was prompt and professional, and Richard answered all the questions and concerns that we had when initiating the process. The at-fault driver's insurance company, ***** ****, was not willing to settle. Based on reading some of the reviews, it seems like we were not the only ones having the same issue. It was suggested that we take the at-fault party to court, which was our very first time going to court, and we were very intimidated. The ***** **** insurance attorney used ALL, and I really mean ALL, their tricks to intimidate us, and the court battle took over 6 months, but it was WORTH it. Just when I had my doubts and the insurance attorney was firing all the questions fast, Richard, with his confidence and his expertise, did not hesitate for a moment with his answers and did a phenomenal job in proving the calculation of the diminished value, which was over *** due to a severe accident. The judge even stated that, without a doubt, the expert opinion was excellent. I used DVAC as my objective third party appraiser on a total loss. They exceeded my expectations on every step of the process. Their honesty and prompt responses stand out. They were able to get our insurance to agree on a fair settlement amount which would actually cover replacing our car. This saved us great stress and financial burden.
