    I placed an order with propatchesusa.com and my card was charged three weeks ago. I have heard nothing since. They are not answering their phone and not responding to my emails.

    This information is correct, as of today 4/20/23. I still have not received the items i purchased, and the company is still not answering their phones.

    This company is a scam. After you purchase, they will not contact you for weeks; you'll file a dispute with your credit card, they'll try to get you to pay another way urgently, stating that your items are ready to ship, you'll pay the other way then they'll respond to the initial credit card case and get the funds released to them getting paid twice leaving you almost no way to get your funds back then they'll disappear. I purchased items on December 30th and called and emailed several times with no response; they emailed and asked me to pay an invoice on January 15th, saying my items were ready to ship. I stupidly paid the invoice on another card after calling *********** and telling them I figured it out with the merchant - *********** said they couldn't close the dispute and took my telling them the merchant was going to ship the materials as a reason to give them back the initial money. The company called *********** and said they could release the money after they knew I had already paid the invoice. They asked me to pay on another card. They are scam artists taking people's money and never sending anything, and I hope they rot in h***

    On 12/6/22 I ordered two sets of hockey jersey lettering and numbers and I immediately received a confirmation that my payment was processed. The current date is 12/31/22 and after countless emails and phone calls with voicemails left, I still have nothing that I ordered along with no return emails or phone calls. I received one return email saying that I provided them with the wrong order number, however I almost immediately corrected that and still never got a response. They made no attempt to provide me the status of my order using any other info in my email (name, phone number, email, etc). This is the first complaint Ive ever made solely because this is the absolute worst customer service experience Ive ever had. So quick to take your money and then they s**** you ruining two Christmas gifts. I will be disputing the charge on my CC. In addition I received an email saying my order shipped yet no tracking was provided and still no product has arrived. After reading this seems to be a common scum move by this place. Dirtbags.

    I ordered a patch for a hockey jersey, the business took the order and processed the payment. I never received the patch and now I'm unable to get in contact with anyone. I hope everyone is fine but I'm without the patch and my money.
