  This company is horrible A RIPOFF SCAM! Never sent my order so I sent emails left voicemails. They said they sent my order. Sorry for the delay it never showed up I sent more emails I got no replies more phone calls no replies only when I send them emails cussing them out cursing their mothers and did a charge back from my bank. Did they have the decency to finally answer me and simply say f*** you literally Word for Word then I informed them that I am exposing them. I started ******** pages about them. Told everybody on all the jersey websites and then I went to the Better Business Bureau. Their next reply was we love you. Funny they have time once you do that to them I also see they have charge people multiple times , why they are allowed to continue to rip people off I dont know, but I am going to ****** this company until my dying breath

  Poor Business Practices, accepted my order in december, gave my Order Number ***** Stating Order was processing, My Credit Card was billes and have not stated any problems with the order, however order has not been received, no notification of delay in manufacturing and shipment. will not answer messages left on phone at all. Cannot find if this company is in business at this moment. Need to have BBB check this seller regarding their negligence.

  I ordered and was immediately charged for a product that never arrived several weeks later. Vendor claimed it was shipped, but there was no tracking information. Emailed company and vendor stated they would send me tracking information, but they never did. Twice, I called the number on the web site. Either no answer or the one time someone answered, they appeared to hang up immediately. The worse thing is that this company continues to operate and scam countless numbers of people.

  Do not buy anything from these folks. They took 12 weeks to send order and the only reason they sent anything was because it took 12 emails to get a response. When I did receive a package it was absolutely the wrong item. I have emailed and called another dozen times with no response. Someone should investigate these scam artisits.

  Scammer!!! Product never received! Refused refund! ********************* Pro Patches USA www.propatchesusa.com I never received order sent in 'white envelope' with no tracking.Did receive another trackable envelope that had plastic bags and a note that said 'order received'Reported to ReportFraud.ftc.gov also.

  Do not order from Pro Patches (or Kevin S.). Ordering was great, but communication, shipping, etc. pretty much went MIA after the credit card charge occurred. I ended up disputing the charge, cancelling the dispute (to give the guy a final chance), and re-opening the dispute -- and I now have to go to Plan B.

  If I could give them Zero stars, I would. It took over a month to receive the lettering kit I purchased. When it did arrive, the numbers and letters were different colors and not even close to what lettering on real *** jerseys look like. I tried to send the order back, but received the package back marked "no such number" as to the Post Office box on their return label. They refused to refund my money and referred me to the website that says exchanges only. They sent the wrong thing and won't do the right thing by refunding my money. I have no use for the garbage they sent me.
