I found a German Shepherd puppy online by trained Shepherd puppies for the price of $500. I read reviews and customers seemed satisfied so inquired about the young male named ****** We went through the process of the right fit and the $500 fee for the pup. All was good, but hen the fee changed to $750 and owner said it was for express delivery the next day. I sent the fee by ***** to the ***** email provided by the owner. The transfer of ownership was done and the pup was to be delivered The next morning. The next morning at 7am they messaged me and said I need to pay for an approved crate by airport for additional $200, this was never mentioned at all. So I sent another ***** pmt. of $200. At 1pm I received a call by airport officials stating I had to pay another $850 fee for puppy shots to board the plane. I immediately messaged the owner to discuss this fee as again there was never any mention of this either. I told him to pay that fee as he supposedly flies pets all the time so he should have known. He said he didnt know and could not pay it cause he had no money but I sent him way more then the posted price total of $950).I told him I would not pay more as it was not in contract or ever mentioned. Owner didnt care and told me to pay it, so I told him I was terminating this order and he was to refund me by ***** ASAP. Then he started begging, I said no more funds, keep your pup and give money back. He said he had to go to bank and I never heard from him again or got refunded my funds of $950.
