I was told my account was on suspended and they (The Joint ************) started charging me again. They took a total of $158 from my account. I am a 100% Disabled ** Veteran and the ** provides me with free ************ care now! I told them that back in July 2023. I have not used the above services for 6 months. No one called, e-mailed or left a message concerning the new charges. I want my $158 refunded back to my account as soon as possible. ************************* came into our clinic on 4/20/23 and he filled out a contract for a wellness plan which was $79 per month. He froze his account on 8/20/23 and then it reactivated on 11/20/23. The account was frozen for 3 months. The system automatically charges your account after the 3 month freeze. So that was on 11/20/23 he was charged the $79. He was then charged on 12/20/23 for his monthly recurring charge that he agreed on previously. He came in on 12/27/23 to cancel his account and that was his final bill. It completely canceled out after he signed his cancellation form. He has not been charged again.
