    Purchased Vehicle from Caspian Auto a couple of years ago. I was making my payments up until the company went out of business in November 2023. We havent received any emails or notices that they were closing. Prior to closing, I was paying them because they were reaching out. After a while I havent heard from them and the number changed. Now Im dealing with my vehicle being repossessed and nobody to contact. This is unprofessional! I am contacting the financial company that dealt with this place in court. Hopefully they can help get this issue resolved and I can get my car back

    So I am under the assumption that the business filed bankrupt but I have no clue on who to contact about anything! Warranty, and financial loan issues. When I call the number it do say to contact a company called Peritas but I got numerous notifications before when they was open to not send money to that company because it was a scam. Now I spoke to someone at Peritas and even made a account as told but they can never seem to get my loan remaining balance correct when I ask because I sent $1000 February to put down on my monthly payment to them but they just keep telling my original loan total as if they are unsure, even me putting down $1000 last month it still wouldn't be that total so something seems fishy! There is even no records of my payments even from the original company Caspians, we had to pay a app called carpay, now when I log into my account its completely BLANK. What do I do? And who has my truck car title since they are out of business now? Please help! And if the *************** is not a real financial loan company that took over Caspian ****************** I will be filing another complaint to receive my money back!

    This car place lied and said I had GAP insurance before I left the lot. In June I was in a accident and was informed that if I came back to them an purchase a car because they lied about the **** that they will waive the ******* fee that GAP would have covered would have paid off now Im not able to get in touch with the business. The website is down. I dont have a number and it is on my credit, I would like for my money back which my down payment was 1500 or I would like them to simply pay off what they promised so that I can purchase a new vehicle which is $4200 again theres no one answering the phone and the numbers that Im calling says its not in service I really need help. I have been as patient as I can be with this company

    I bought a 2004 ****** WRX sti from these guys. On November 07 2023 and for the most part the car was good . I dont drive it hard because I daily drive it to work because its all I could afford at the time I knew I could get approved and I needed a car immediately as I was getting ready to start a job . When negotiations were occurring with ****** and I discussing the term of sales I told him does it have a warranty and he said yea on the motor and drive train . Well fast forward to February 19th 2024 the car started to act up and as I get off the free way the car locks up it skids and luckily I turned it off and it unlocked then turned it on and it went back into gears again so this car almost kills me in a congested freeway . *he car makes a whining noise from the engine/transmission. And then as I proceed to drive it smells burnt so bad . *hen I get to my job I park it I call the tow truck to come get it to a shop. *he shop then proceeded to tell everything wrong with this car . From. Failing break lines . Rotted tires messed up transmission. Swelled radiator lines the car was a ticking time bomb the timing belt was ready to go . *he steering rack was cracked . And to top that off the so said warranty I purchased cannot be used on my vehicle its actually excluded and what else you might say ?! I never got said contract no copy no nothing . *he warranty folk had it . And they informed that Caspian motors committed fraud for selling me that . *he one breaking point for the deal and he was willing to lie to me to sell it , if he wouldve gave said documents I would never would have signed . And not Im stuck with no car no way to work . Its causing great distress in my life . Caspian motors need to refund me my 2000 dollars and fix my car *o the * because thats what Im paying for it . Either that or give me the price of the car and terminate my contract with the bank because Im not going to pay for there wrong doings ! Ive only had the car for 4 MO !!

    All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS basis, and customers are required to sign documentation acknowledging this condition upon purchase. Any subsequent issues arising with the vehicle are the responsibility of the customer. Full documentation was provided to the customer at the time of purchase. Furthermore, I would like to inform you that Caspian Auto Motors is no longer operational

    My problem with this business is that they sold me a lemon and also my car that was sold to me seem to have many issues with it after driving it for a few months. And I tried contacting the dealership but there was no answer and I recently looked them up and it seem they have closed so Im feeling like I have been put in a fraudulent position and now Im stuck with a car payment almost 600 dollars and 7,0000 dollars worth of work that need to be completed.

    We looked in our system. *************************** Purchased vehicle in 9/26/2022. And per our records 2016 ******* ******* purchased it As-Is with Extended Nationwide 3rd party Warranty. Obviously 1 year Warranty expired and customer trying to find some help. Unfortunately as Dealership we cannot help. Caspian Auto permanently closed for business as ownership sold business and switched industry.

    Regards, *************************** and yes understand the business has since closed but there are still remaining issues in regards to this vehicle in which is a lemon and someone has to held responsible. I will have to take legal action if necessary Because this car is on the verge of breaking down at some point of time. And they also closed in which many more customers have had fraud dont upon them. Unless there can be a replacement or a void to the loan then I cant accept this offer thank you.

    I brought a audi from Caspian auto ******** ** but within 30days my car went down so I took it to them and the charged me *************************************************************************************************************** a truck so then they ended up redoing my truck after I just talked to the finance department and there tow company stole **** worth of equipment out of my truck but they didn't want to give me the tow company name or number so then they put on my credit report two charge off for both vehicles that's not right when they sold me a lemon from the beginning not that car dealer is shut down/ no longer open I would like this stuff off my credit

    Hello. The customer states that she purchased the car in April 2023, which is 9 months ago, and she still has an active warranty. We recommended the customer to take the car to a mechanic shop to have it checked out and file a claim with the warranty company. It's important to note that as a dealer, we sell cars AS-IS and do not offer service or provide nationwide lifetime free service for customers experiencing mechanical issues. Nevertheless, we assist customers in efficiently addressing their issues by guiding them through the warranty process and helping them find suitable repair shops. Thanks

    Purchased a car from this place in October. Ive been having trouble registering my car when I paid for them to register it for me I still havent received any tags or anything. I was told I had tickets in ** an was promoted to pay them before a certain date an I did. They never sent my order back to ** after paying the tickets I know this because I would check a they said they received nothing. I finally got in contact with someone from management an they said that they registered my car in Va an I couldnt get my tags cause I had tickets in Va also. I asked why didnt they just send my stuff back to ** so I can get tags an no response. Its now **** January a still I have no tags multiple situations for dead temp tags and still to this day I cant get any response. Also I asked for them to give me my tag and title money I gave them they told me to register the car which I cant and theyll give me the difference,??? Yup and they cancelled GAP insurance an said they would credit it back to my account still nothing. This place is highly in professional and communication ***** a**

    On November 10, 2023, we were notified by the third party company that handles our out of state registrations, that ******************** owed tickets/fines to the state of ** preventing any form of registration. The company also stated that they had contacted the customer and let him know about these issues. After 12 days, we had not heard from the third party company nor ******************** himself about the issue he had. We then notified him that since he had an ongoing issue with the DC ***, that we could provide VA hard plates, which he accepted. While in the process of registering VA tags for ********************, a notification appeared stating that he also had issues with VA *** preventing registration as well. We again notified him of this issue and let him know if we do not hear back about one of the two issues being resolved within a timely manner(customer is usually given 2-3 days,a week ***** we would register the vehicle title only and he could get hard plates from the *** once he cleared his issues. That same day, he replied stating he would pay the fines owed to ** the following day and provide a receipt so we could resend the documents to DC *** for processing. From that day, we waited an additional 10 days(more than what we usually allow) before we got any type of response. We called ******************** several times within those ******************************************************************* not. That being said, the vehicle could not continue to sit and not be registered to the customer. ******************** was well aware that if he did not provide a timely response, that we would register the vehicle title only. Additionally, the customer reached out to a colleague on December 14,2023 in regards to his registration. That colleague also reached out to the title department and was provided the same information about the vehicle being registered title only and the message was relayed to ******************** once more. The vehicle is currently in his name and as he was informed previously, all he has to do is go to VA *** so hard plates are issued to him.

    I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX from them with a warranty on November 6th 2023. My transmission recently failed and needs to be replaced as diagnosed by ************** in *******, **. I called the warranty company to make a claim, Assured Vehicle Protections - Paramount Security Plus option, and they said I didnt have any service contract with them. Ive been trying to contact Caspian Auto and nobody is responding to emails or answering the phone at the moment. I paid over $1500 for the warranty and over $16000 total for the vehicle including the warranty. I want to know why the warranty company told me I didnt have a service contract with them when I purchased a warranty through Caspian Auto when I bought the car.
