  I bought a car from this company in November, and it has been a horrible experience. Unable to make car payments, can't reach anyone, no response from them.

  There are bad business dealers, I'm very disappointed in my sale, I finance a car from them for only 2 months and engine went out, which they could of swap me out of that one and put me into another, I need justice because this nonsense had made my credit damage to the point it is showing bad for me on my credit. this is showing up on my credit as a Repo, I need JUSTICE. congress going to have to hear my pain that I've to go true with this dealership, and what bad about this the car been back in their hands and no paperwork for me about this car, Caspian Auto Motors who changed their name as DEALHUNTERS AUTO, IM DISAPPOINTED

  I can't even give these hustlers a half of a star. By the look of these comments, this is a pattern of deception! I have not had my vehicle for 30 days! The 1st day I got it, it broke down on me and the left me stuck! I had to figure out why I broke down and how to get the car to a safe haven. I cared more about the car getting to safety than they did, all they cared about was making a sale off of cars that they do nothing with when they got them but rig them up for the next victim! I had endless bugs in them the day I broke down! They were coming from under the hood which told me that the car had been sitting, the gear shift, under the seats, under the spare tire and other places!! They are nasty, should never conduct business the way they treat people after they get their money! When I tried to compromise and get in another vehicle, they told me that I would have to basically finance x 2, so the vehicle they stuck me with and then tried to stick me in another loan!! They show greed with no hesitation. My car was towed to Caspian, and they replaced the alternator. Once I got the vehicle home and drove it a few days more, I turned around and had to go to the dealer again for the vehicle losing power and the engine light coming on. I was accompanied with a witness, and we tried to tell them that is was something going on with the vehicle, but they insist that they basically rig the vehicle up that's all they did and gave it back to me. 2 hours later the engine light was on again, the *** on the dashboard that stands for Drive was constantly blinking. When I addressed the issue again as I had a right to because my kids had to ride in this vehicle and I had to get to work, the owner was very, very nasty and told me to call the ******************** The Car salesperson *******, they trained her to ******* others and lie about things that had she told the truth I would have never moved forward!! My car was towed long story short the engine had been gone and died on me!!!

  These guys are a joke. Compete scammers. They tell you one thing but mean another. They told me a tesla charger would be $150 to install when it's actually $1500.09. They said they would give me the electrician number. I've called and emailed 8 times. No one returns anything nor do they answer the phone

  First of all, I am paying $****** a month for a 2015 Infiniti q50 that I also put $**** cash down. ON CONTRACT AND MULTIPLE RECORDED TEXT AND EMAIL MESSEGES I WAS TOLD TO MAKE 6 PAYMENTS ON TIME AND I COULD TRADE THE Q50 in for the larger q70 (the car I originally needed). My daughter is sick and I need more room. I made 7 payments on time for $****** each plus have spent $**** keeping the car in perfect shape even way better than they gave it to me. I called after 7 payments ontime and the h*** began. Laughing and telling me give the q50 back free and receive no equity and give them 50% down on the q70 I was told all along i would trade my q50 back in as the down payment. After they starting calling me **************** asking why I didnt like it over and over I have had enough. The manager ***** appologized profusely one day just to laugh at me and keep dragging me in circles. ***** says Im so sorry for how you are being treated and it wont happen again, I quote I will personally facilitate and oversee your trade experience myself. I was so happy everything was ok, until 3 weeks have gone by, the warranty on the q50 is almost out by mileage so Im renting cars waiting for this trade in. They will not call like ***** says. They call me a woman whenever they try to get me upset. (I am a hard working man). There are multiple things wrong with the car since I got it from them and they will not fix it. This company illegally falsifies fake employment letters and other documents so they can trick banks like westlake financial bank and others so these banks will give caspians customers loans (I have physical proof). Plus my attorney looked my contract over and after paying $****** so far they say that is only 1% of what I owe. I have 99% more to pay (making it impossible to ever pay off).

  This COMPANY IS A RIPOFF THEY harass you the *** OF your note Being due.I Opened an Insurance claim June 2023 I've yet to get a Decision on whether their going to fix my vehicle or not and I'm Using them as MY INSURANCE company,I've been waiting months for a Decision just to find out Once I called *************************************** instead of ****************** and spoke with someone named ****** and she stated ****************** NEVER put in my Collision Claim And it's been 2 months As of today.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS.

  I have not had this vehicle over 14 days and already the check engine light is on. The car has two codes coming up with the check engine light on. One code indicates false idling and also a vacuum leak into the engine which is causing it to make a screeching horrible loud and embarrassing noise. Also the back rotors need to be replaced. The vehicle is admitting a thick white stone from the exhaust which seems to be either a blown head gasket or coolant leaking into the engine with that I'm pretty sure ****** system needs replacement as well. I do not feel that I should pay you all anything when in all actuality I'm pretty aware you all are not oblivious to the condition of the car you just anticipated on the issues not showing up so quickly. This is definitely horrible for business and preying on customer whom you know are desperately seeking a vehicle isn't the way to go. This car needs to be serviced immediately I've called your service depth more than 4 times left multiple messages and haven't recent not one phone call. My next step is to reach out to news outlets and utilize my tik tok Instagram and professional accounts idc if I have to send outside on the property and protest I will. I do not recommend a soul to be a vehicle from your dealership you all are very shady definitely feel like I purchased a vehicle from ******* father. If you've seen that movie you will definitely understand it isn't a compliment. This company even sells cars with water damage they dont provide you with a loaner vehicle as well.

  This place is absolutely garbage their liars thieves and crooks who munipulate ******** people they promise you this and that and its a lie they buy they cars from copart in ******* plenty of flood cars.the only get thing is the 1k down program that scam you out of because they own ****************** they blow you phone up 1min late on ur payment they own they car shop where they illegally inspect the cars.the people who in charge of the service department ****** doesnt live in ******* she lives in Caspian the time zone is different thats why u never can speak to anyone I bought ********** even being ****** over because its easy 1k down if u get a car dont pay the note get your moneys worth

  BUYERS BEWARE!! They will sell you a car with a KNOWN problems. The car broke down the very next day with thousands of dollars needed for repairs. So much work need to be done to the car. They wanted me to tow the car with my own money, and use the warranty I bought to fix the car. On a car that I just bought from them the day before. Now, I am in a dispute to get my money back. In which they are doing all the can to not give it to me. Wish I can give them a zero. No wonder the guy carries a gun, because they sell a bunch of problems. And people confront him often about his shady business practices.
