      My home is 14 years old and paid $99 for a Water Heater inspection 02/20/2022. The inspection found the Water Heater was over it's life span of 6 years. I Asked for a quote. A quote was not supplied so contacted them again. They gave me a quote and I accepted it and paid $2,000 for a deposit. My install date was February 4th, 2022. They arrived as planned and installed the new unit, unfortunately the unit was defective and they promised to get a new unit or a part required for Feb 5th ASAP, however they did not show up for the appointment. I contacted Alltech and (and the person that was supposed to come they said the crew that installed the unit were on another job. I called Alltech and asked what could be done, and they said there was no way to get the part or a new unit on a weekend. They said they couldn't do anything until Monday 02/07/2022. I will be without Hot Water for 4 Days.

      Good evening, I wanted to reach out and respond to your experience that you had with our company. I am so sorry we were unable to get the new part for in a timely manner after the original did not work. It was a Friday evening when the Water heater install was completed and although we wanted to return on Saturday to get the Water Heater running for you our warehouses and distributors were closed. I see that our plumbing manager has been in communication with you regarding the incident. In reviewing your account I see that your original install was performed on a Friday, and after realizing we could not procure the parts over the weekend, AllTech sent out our field supervisor Monday morning to get your new water heater up and running. I do apologize for the break down in communication as we were unaware that we would not be able to obtain the part when originally booking the Saturday appointment. I can only imagine how much of an inconvenience it was for your an your family to go without hot water even for a few days. I see that you spoke with our Plumbing manager again today and we were able to offer you a free Total Home Care membership for your troubles. I am glad we were able to get your unit back up and running and leave you as a satisfied AllTech customer. That you for being a continued customer with us.
