This company "manages" our HOA. They have not done anything to improve the property and continue to charge for dues. I have requested information from them multiple times with no answer. The property is deteriorating and they haven't done anything to fix it. They never respond to email and rarely answer the phone. Excerpt from email sent in December. For the price that PMA is charging to manage this property, I shouldn't have to be telling you this while you're asking for more money to do nothing. This being said, I would like these questions answered: 1. What printing and postage fees are required for the association? 2. What are we paying insurance for? I carry my own homeowners and car insurance? I shouldn't be responsible for anyone else's insurance. Who is the insurance provider and when was the last time a comparison was done for cheaper rates? 3. What are the general repairs being done to this place? I haven't seen anything being done minus the bushes out front being trimmed once, since I've lived here. 4. How often is a landscape contractor agreed to come to do maintenance per month? I have been documenting that someone has come 2x a month ONLY to mow the grass on 16th street but there is much more on our property that desperately needs routine maintenance. No one has responded. The only reason they recently reached out was to ask for more money. This company is fraudulent and needs to be shut down. The reviews online all tell a similar story.

We reached out to directly to Mr. ****** via Email, Copy attached.

The manager acknowledged that she missed his email from December but does not have other emails from him.  Customer Service did respond to an email as noted in the email chain.

It seems that Mr. ****** is under the impression that we (PMA) the management company, determines the assessment charged and the scope of work done by contractors.

This is a Condominium Association, and those decisions are made by the Board of Directors which is comprised of other owners within the Association and elected at the annual meeting.

Mr. ****** seemed to be upset because the assessment increased this year which was primarily due to an increase in the insurance premium for the association.  We did our best to explain what the obligations of the Association are and understanding that these costs are divided equally among the 11 owners in the association.

We informed Mr. ****** that his concerns would be relayed to the Board of Directors.  We have been successfully managing community Associations for 19 years, are licensed, insured, and certified.

His comment about our company being "fraudulent" is completely baseless and untrue.  I understand his concerns and we are trying to assist anyway we can, however his complaints are misdirected and can only be addressed by the Association.

      Thank you.
