      Zack, Oma, and Jaydon, communicated clearly what they were going to do and gave us updates throughout the process. They were all very kind and respectful. They did an outstanding job with great Quality and Workmanship. I would recommend Alpha Foundations and especially these guys.

      Jerrod ****** and Alex *. And creww did a great job fixing our foundation. They were very professional and kind. They let us know through out the time here what they were doing and explained to us in detail. Answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this crew of guys. Great job!!

      I did a lot of research and went with ohio basement authority. I had very difficult site conditions and Jake ******* and Alex *** worked very hard and completed my job successfully. Hats off to you boys!

      We recently had the FRS team at our home stabilizing our foundation. The team Foreman: Mason ******* Work Foreman: Alex ****, and Installer: Kyler *******  These three young men were on time, worked efferently, and more importantly, "cleaned up" after themselves. You could tell they had worked together before and took pride in the job they did. We were very impressed with the whole experience, but FRS has always done a good job for us.

      We first met with Adam and he provided all our options and was very helpful and personable. Crishaun and Jose’ arrived to do the work and explained as they went to my husband. Could have been a commercial for how people become their parents. They were very nice. They cleaned before they left and no more feeling like I was walking downhill.

      Leonard, Dominique and Bobby were very friendly and helpful in explaining everything that was being done, I would highly recommend them to others, they are the pure example of how customer service should be.

      From the confirmation call on our scheduled workday to the clean-up and completion summary, Mike & Lawrence were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate that they explained every detail and made sure all of our questions were answered. It's nice to find a company that you feel you can trust for quality work and professional, kind employees! Thanks Tarheel Basement Systems!!!

      We had Brandon **,Zach *. , and Chance *  . They are very professional and answered all of our questions, they did an outstanding job covering all of our stuff with plastic in the basement , sealing the furnace vents to keep the dust out of the house. They made sure we understood the entire process of the repairs that they were doing explaining each step that they were doing . They did a great demolition job and removed all of the garbage. They sweep up after themselves after the work was completed and also vacuumed up as well. We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the repairs. We also are very pleased with Jacob who came out and explained each step of the repairs that were needed and he also set up the scheduling for the repairs. This a great company to deal with and also a great team that arranged the repairs and the team that did the repairs.
