    On March 24, 2021, I moved my auto and home insurance coverage from ********** ******** ****** Va. to Allstate, Virginia Beach, Va. On December 27, 2021, I returned to for coverage because Allstate farmed me out to another company: ******** Insurance for home coverage. This relinquished coverage occurred after the fact and it was due to my roof being 15 years old.

    became my insurance company on December 27, 2021.

    During April or May the ******* Company refunded my home coverage **** or so for the period of December 27, 2021 to a March 23, 2022 or so. This money was returned for the unused home premiums between December and March.

    On March 23, 2022 Allstate withdrew ******* from my checking account for auto renewal without authorization.

    My attempts to contact Allstate Agent Anthony a were ignored. I sent copies of my Declaration by text, made phone calls- left messages but mostly my calls were forwarded to another number and texts- both were ignored! Anthony never returned my calls nor responded to texts.

    On April 11, 2022, I sent an email letter to CEO Thomas ****** with attachments requesting his attention and support with recapturing the unused premium monies: ******* or so and at that time ******** In this correspondence, I rendered copies of my unacceptable experiences involving the ******** Beach Agent. To date there has not been a response from CEO Office, either.

    On April 26, 2022 my bank sent me a dispute resolution letter reflecting the following : "Allstate's withdrawal of ******* was unauthorized and the bank will redeposit that said amount into your account and reverse any related fees to Allstate".

    A few days back, I received a survey from Allstate requesting my participation in survey. I responded with details but I never received a reply.

    In addition to all of this, I'm receiving several payment requests and threats of cancellation from Allstate. May 14, 2022: (letter addressing a
