  Totally unreliable and unprofessional. No way I’d recommend them. They missed out follow up appointment- no call no show. Then lied about having my phone number when I had texted with the owner. Promised to send my quote via email. I never received anything - no apology, no explanation, nothing. For the owner to be aware and condone this behavior is just unacceptable.

  Due to Red Ladder Remodeling’s (RL) poor management, amateur procurement of products, and not being honest with the customer and own workforce, it took almost ten months to complete a simple update to one and one half bathrooms. It took hiring an outside contractor to remove RL from managing the project. RL did provide a **% discount by stepping away when outside contractor was brought in, but even with that discount, I do not believe they earned it. The scope of the project was to update one and one half baths. No change in footprint or major construction. Red Ladder Remodeling (RL) predicted that project would take no more than two weeks once remodel construction was started. They also predicted that remodel construction would start in Jul 2023. There was no stop work due to customer; access was not an issue, customer supplied material was not an issue. RL lied about ordering material. After claiming material(bathtub/shower) was ordered in May 2023, it was discovered not ordered until Aug 2023 and then blamed supply backorder as the issues for delaying the project. They kept promising start dates that they knew were not possible. This resulted in me ordering customer supplied material so early, that by the time the project finished, I could not return items for refund (90 day return policy). I would not recommend Red Ladder Remodeling for even the smallest of jobs. Do not listen to their promises, do not expect satisfactory results unless you, as the customer, do all the project management, order all materials, and manage their staff. I paid them a substantial amount of money and I do not know what they did to earn it. I would recommend the subcontractor, Vincent ********, they do fabulous work, but ensure you are flexible with work and completion deadlines.

  The process of designing and remodeling our kitchen was really fun! We got a 3d rendering of the final project to show off to our friends while the cabinets were being made. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Sami!!
