    I made an appointment online for an estimate and received an email confirmation. No one showed up. I called and left a message but received no response.

    Bathroom remodel was supposed to be completed by February 4th 2022, they did not start on it until March 28th 2022. This was supposed to be finished in two days. I called for the owner Mr Duane ***** *o come to my house in May 2022 to see for himself what had been done and he said this can’t be behind my name. Mr ***** promised me that he would send the guy’s to my house in about two to three day’s and he didn’t so on June 14th 2022 when they call I told them not to come back because the work that they did needed to be done over and I had already paid them $**** dollars down and they have not paid me one cent of that money back and my bathroom is still torn up as of Feb 19th 2023. I refused to let them come back because all they did I feel was lied to me over and over and like I said the bathroom need to be gutted and started all over again.How could you treat anybody like this ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS who was only trying to make this bathroom safe for us and on top of that the money we gave them was borrowed and we are making payments on it out of our social security checks and still the bathroom is worse off now because we have no shower and the water in the tub won’t come on. How I wish I could down load pictures of the bathroom up here so that no one else get ripped off like we did.

    Would never recommend this company after our experience. They didn’t even install a P trap on our shower after replacing some piping to install our shower. Sewer gas was leaking into our home and they claim they never touched anything with the pipes. Prior to having our shower done we never had sewer gas leaking in and checked the piping during our downstairs ceiling repairs. The owner Duanne deflects and doesn’t take ownership of this huge mistake which cost us thousands to repair.
