I have waited almost a year to leave this review.Because that is how long it took this **** recommended company to repair and renovate after water damage in my kitchen. We read a good number of reviews that said to stay away from this company and especially the project manager. But we thought that surely **** would not recommend a company that was so terrible, right?WRONG.The water mitigation side was fantastic so we were hopeful. Then we were assigned -. He took months to get us a plan, and to order cabinets. This process started in July 2022. We had no kitchen at Thanksgiving,no kitchen at Christmas. And due to a failed tile floor install which was repeatedly repaired before a complete demo and redo, we had no kitchen multiple times from January-July 2023. And the subcontractor they used, *** contractors, was beyond terrible. Every single thing that this sub contractor did had to be redone at LEAST once. From door and window framing, door install, cabinets (had to be hung 3 times over the course of this project because *** doesn’t believe in using levelers for anything, including installing tile floors.) Around June 2023 we got another project manager, - boss. After — told my husband we were nitpicking.I said I would not work with him any more. His boss, ——-, came on the scene. He actually got the job done.He did leave me hanging for a transition piece from the end of the tile floor to an entry step which he said we would have to figure it out ourselves AFTER he texted me that “We” would buy one and install it. The floor was successfully installed after they replaced the subfloor and used leveling mortar and a leveling kit.A year later.Another word of warning They sent us an invoice including $*** for asking them to change the paint color after they painted. That was not true and we refused to pay.So then they added $*** to the final invoice for wood. They got that $*** anyway. If you want to be gaslit and lied to, please choose this company.
