We hired branching out tree service to take down a massive tree in my mothers yard located behind her shed. Mr s******** met with her and my sister in law said her could take the tree down and clean the tree up for 1800.00 she agreed. He flashed some Paperwork at her and said it was a 3 million dollar insurance policy that would cover him should anything happen it would cover him And damages. He was referred to us by her sister and my sister in laws mother so we had no reason to to not believe he was anything but trust worthy. The first day he was due to show up he did not show up, he then rescheduled and came later in the afternoon he was here til way after dark roping the tree off, the day he cut the tree the rope broke sending part of the tree into my mothers shed causing damage to the siding shutters roof and new guttering. He was apologetic but advised her to file a claim with her insurance company. We told him we wouldn't be doing that he was responsible so he came with with a friend on a Saturday and attempted to patch some of the damage but the building still has a lot of damage, when we asked to see a copy of his insurance he told me he wouldn't be showing us that. We have repeatedly sent out texts asking him to come and make right the damage to my mothers property but he has made false promises and never showed. My mother lives on a fixed income and widow of a us veteran all things he knew and seemed to care less about.
