Dental One Associates (Woodbridge, Va. Customer Service) My wife and I went to the office to dispute a charge for service that was not authorized. While talking with the lady at the front of the reception area, another lady (who identified herself as the office manager) came from another area of the desk and cut our conversation off. In the rudest tone you can imagine, told me it was not my business (mind you, this is my account). She said she had ben talking with my wife and daughter. The office had both spoken with them on the phone. I guess she thought she could intimidate me like she tried to do my daughter, which finally cussed her out. We got into a very heated conversation where they started cussing me and the first lady was coming from behind the desk after me (I am 6’4” and 235lbs) is that not crazy. At least the office manager had enough since to go and get a stick. The first lady took the consent form that my daughter signed and through it at us. We left after the police came, and we had a chance to tell our side of the story. This is not the first time my family came home from that office complaining about getting service that was not covered by our insurance and not being told it was not covered. TO ALL THE CLIENTS THAT WERE IN THE OFFICE AT THAT TIME, I APOLOGIZE FOR THE DISRUPTION.
