On 2/15/2024 I purchased a rifle from the seller on gunbroker the rifle was shipped in a timely manor and on 2/22 it was received at my local shop however the rifle was damaged by ***** I called the seller and he said he would file a claim starting on 2/28 I tried reaching out to see what was going on and have since not heard anything back I have tried calls leaving messages email and contacting his website I have also seen on several reviews including review here on BBB that he has a history of similar situations I would just like to get my rifle repairedCustomer response

On 9/18/22, I purchased a firearm from Black Dog Shooting Supply at the ********,** gun show. When I got home from the show, I noticed that my card had been charged $45 more than the agreed amount of $325. I called and left messages with no return calls, I have emailed with no response. I looked up this business and come to find out that per the ****** reviews, this is the regular practice of Black Dog Shooting Supply in *******, **. I am entirely disappointed in the manner in which this has transpired. Someone that holds a Federal Firearms License should be far more responsible than this business has demonstrated.Initial Complaint

Paid $329.99 for an item (Holosun HE510CGR)on August 14 (order #******). Never received item. Made numerous calls/emails to company asking about status and if on backorder, and as of September 27, have had no replies. I would like to have delivery of this item, or even an expected delivery date if backordered. If not, a refund would be nice.Customer response
