      This Company **************** leaves a lot to be desired.I received a defective stuffed pig.I called immediately after receiving it.The e-mails do not work. "Label" for Return does not show a label to print.I've contacted them multiple times. They promised a label in the mail twice. I haven't received either one.I am exhausted, trying to send this item back. It was a Birthday Gift. Very Dissapointed. Tired. I want a Full Refund. Please Help.

      We are so sorry the return labels have not be received. We mailed return labels to you on January 5th and again on January 16th. On January 30th we also emailed a return label to both of the email addresses you have contacted us through. Since the pig arrived to you in damaged condition, we are issuing you a full refund for the order. You should see the credit post back to your account within 5 business days. Please accept our sincere apology for the frustration you experienced with your order.

      Pajamagram Will steal your $$$ and call it a "Discount" ...and their customer service reps are in on the joke! I want to save everyone from doing business with these crooks! Do NOT shop at this company they WILL STEAL your money.Pajamagram has got to be one of the worst companies out there.We made an order over the Christmas holiday and it didn't work out, so ended up having to returning the items and received only about of the amount back! We have talked to at least 5 of their so called "dream team" crew, and not one of them could adjust or refund any of it. Not one cent!Their policies are a little whacked, but we understand that it took $8 to ship the items back. Ok whatevs. We spent $45, and they gave us only $25 for the whole return.They also got a couple calls from us and there was "no one was there who could help us", and said they would have a team member who could help call us back... which they never did... we had to reach out to them every. single. time. Got that story 3 times.So here's the situation...Not only do they charge for the return shipping ($8,) when they claim they stand by their products and customer's satisfaction 100%... but they applied a secondary "discount" of $10 on the items as they were BEING RTURNED so they could claim it for themselves!! It was about 20% worth of our order!!! They manager told us that was what they did and wouldn't reverse it due to their 'policy'Taking our money, not standing by their own satisfaction guarantee, having terrible customer service, all while discounting the customer's bill on a RETURN! I've never heard of such a shady company that claims themselves to be so "customer friendly" it is all lies. They are stealing people's money, and told us how they are doing it too. This company NEEDS to be stopped from doing this. They are blatantly robbing people what they're doing is illegal! And the really horrible thing is I saw hundreds of other complaints just like this one on Yelp. Please go check it!

      Dealing with this company was the most frustrating experience I've had across many years of online shopping. I wanted to order 3 headbands for my adult kids and on the website 3 headbands are pictured with a price of $29.99. But it's not clear on the website if you'll get 1 headband for that price or 3. So, I called and was told by one of their representatives that I'd get 3. I had also left a question at the site, asking the very same thing. The next day, I get an email response saying, No, I'd only get 1 headband for that price---after I had already completed the purchase!WhenI tried to call this company to discuss the fact that their website is unclear and their agent misleading, I got "crickets". When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I got dismissed. When I called a few days later to mail the order back to this company, I inquired about the "easy" to use system for mailing items back. This system involves printing out one of their mailing slips, but using it will cost you $9.99 (More than the cost of mailing it back yourself)!Of course, there's also a hefty charge to ship the item (around $17), which was not reimbursed to me. So, bottomline: This company is using deceitful business practices and I would request an inquiry by the BBB of Vermont.

      Best Bears available.We purchased a 20 inch teddy bear many years ago. It was expensive, but it was the best bear we ever had. Top it all off, last month I sent the bear to the hospital. It was worn out, holes in it, basically ready to be thrown out. To our surprise that **** got returned to us in perfect condition. It has been re-stuffed, cleaned, holes repaired, etc. In addition to that there was a brand new bear in the box. I dont see how there could be a bad review on this company. I live in ******* and *** tracking was also provided when they shipped it back to us. .
