My husband and I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Master Roadside Service, and I am compelled to write this review to alert others about their unethical business practices. This establishment not only charges exorbitant fees, but also fails to provide the promised services, making it an absolute rip-off.From the very beginning, we were taken aback by the unreasonable fees charged by Master Roadside Serices. However, since we had urgency to have our car towed, we decided to give them a chance, hoping for a satisfactory experience.Unfortunately, our optimism was misplaced, as their lack of service provision became painfully evident when they did not show up to tow our car and refused to reimburse our 100% of our money. Furthermore, the staff member we spoke on the phone, seemed entirely apathetic towards this situation and refused to provide pass the call to his supervisor or provide his supervisor's name. Our experience with Master Roadside Service, made it blatantly obvious that they only care about collecting money, with no regard for customer satisfaction or the *********************** they advertised and promise to deliver.Considering the sheer disappointment and frustration I experienced due to Master Roadside Service's deceptive practices, I would strongly caution others against utilizing their services. As consumers, it is our duty to stay informed and support reputable businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and transparent practices. Unfortunately, this company does not practice that.In conclusion, I highly advise potential customers to steer clear of Master Roadside Service. Their way they conduct their business demonstrate a complete lack of integrity and an utter disregard for their clients. Save yourself the disappointment, inconvenience, and wasted money by seeking alternative options that prioritize honesty and reliable service provision.
