Took my car to get my subwoofer and amplifier installed. Everything in my car functioned fine and perfect. After car toys on Aurora installed it, my cars battery is dead everytime I turn the car off. Therefore I have to bring it back for them to fix their mistake. Im charged $150 for parts and labor for a problem they gave me in the first place / I shouldnt have had to deal with. Not only that, my blinker is hyperflashing, and I have left it at car toys for 2 days now. Today they tell me that its not their fault, and that it is coincidence that they wired something in my car, and now my wiring in my blinker is destroyed. They refuse all responsibility and have costed me hundreds of dollars, and days of wasted time. And my car is still broken.Car Toys Inc

I went to this store last week for a blind spot installation and also inquired about a CarPlay installation. The staff showed me a stereo system and an interface module, saying it would make the installation quick and take about 1-1.5 hours. Based on this, I purchased the module myself from ****, paying an extra $50 for expedited **************, when I returned for installation, I was told it would actually take 3 hours and cost $450. When I questioned this, explaining that Id been quoted ***** hours by the store owner last week, the staff responded that the installation time depends on the module type. I even showed them the exact module picture I took for reference, but they had no answer.Because of this, I ended up having to return the device, costing me an additional $100. If the team wasnt sure, they should have given a more accurate estimate. This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency.Car Toys Inc

I am sorry about the confusion. It can be challenging to quote installation on items we do not carry ourselves. Once we had the product in hand, it turned out to me more complicated than originally anticipated. The original installer who quoted you was off the day you returned. The assistant manager did call him and confirm the pricing you were quoted. He offered to install the product at the original pricing if you were able to reschedule. That offer is still available.

On September 26, 2024 - 10am I bring my vehicle in a 2nd time to have them try to clean it better than the first time. I let them know that I would be back at 6pm to pick it up, so no rush. I get a phone call from the assistant manager informing me it was done mid-afternoon. He said, I am done with your vehicle, I did it myself. I got all of the spots you were mad about and it is ready to be picked up. (This is very unprofessional, I was not mad. I dont need to be made out to be a *****.). 6pm I walk in to pick it up. Assistant manager is there and tells me, I cleaned it myself for hours, I even took this vacuum thing to it and you must go to the beach a lot because sand and dust went flying everywhere, I was covered in it. You can hire us to get that sand out with a tool we have another time. I say thank you and get my keys and leave the store. I get in my vehicle and my jaw dropped. I have never seen anything so dirty in my life. The whole car is covered in a think layer of dust and grit. Only the steering wheel and front drivers seat had been wiped off. At this point I was furious. I did not go back in, they already had an extra chance to get my car clean only to brag about how he did it himself and left it 1000 times ******* than the first time I dropped it off. I immediately to pictures and videos. The next day I spent four hours cleaning the mess he had left behind. I called the corporate phone number ************* and left a message with the complaint on September 27. No call back. I call again on October 1, no call back. I emailed, October 10, see below, no response. Emailed October 15, no response. So now Im writing this. Worst customer service ever!Car Toys Inc

We asked Megan for the opportunity to correct the mistake and redo the services, but regretfully she declined. 1 starCar Toys ***********Hunter from this store DESTROYED my car. He ruined the paint on my roof and tore up my backseat. He didnt mention one word of this when I picked my vehicle up, I didnt notice until I got home and when I texted hunter to confront him he apologized numerous times and left me voicemails saying for me to not worry about it and that he would just refund the money from ACIMA. I told him that either way it doesnt take back the damage he did to my brand new car. He then blocked me where I couldnt text him anymore. A week later he starts calling me on the car toys phone number leaving threatening voicemails about filing a police report on me for theft, when he clearly told me for the inconvenience and him tearing up my car I didnt need to pay anything. Come to find out he told his manager that I wasnt returning his calls or text messages. I tried to relay this message to the manager and he over talked me and was abruptly rude. They are a shady business that lies about the work they do. And changes the prices once they have your car. Had a voluntary Interlock device installed in a young persons car as a preventative. I was quoted $180 based on VIN number of the car. Once they had the car in possession it was suddenly $311. Called Company that sent them the device to instal and they called the Car Toys in ****** to tell them they quoted them $180. The Manager lied to them and said it wasnt a key start which it is. And claimed it was complicated When we picked it up and disputed the Manager claimed it is $150 an hour. Well that wasnt what they said. And from the time they took the car to when they called us was 1 hour. I have actual phone proof. So then the Manager said it was a complicated under the hood instillation. No it isnt! Yet another lie. Its literally wired to the steering in the dash. We could have installed it ourselves! They are scammers and liars. Car Toys Frisco is nothing but Scammers! We tried to do a good thing for a young adult to add a safety measure to a vehicle and Car Toys Frisco ripped us off.Car Toys Inc

I am sorry for the confusion. The in-store pricing guide does not include voluntary units and the employees used the information available to them. When the store manager saw your ****** review, he realized you were overcharged, and made the adjustment in our system to credit your invoice. He then left you a voicemail to follow up. they had Uniden R7 on sale , I ordered one . it confirmed , 5 hours later it cancelled "Order #**** was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded. "but it is available to order at full price !few month ago I went to store to buy alarm for my car, on their website they clearly said it has GPS module and was in the picture but on stores they said no you have to order separately do not buy from these losersCar Toys Inc

1 starI was charged $2,500 for a system to be put in my car and it had charges of $700 2 times and $350 1 time for labor alone plus the parts so I asked for a refund before they ever installed one item because I was waiting for my appointment the next week so 2 days after I paid I went back because I found a different place to charge me $1,200 for the same exact install. But since I haven't got my refund? It's been well over 3 weeks and I keep calling and getting the run around where my refund is and that it has to be a check refund due to the amount and I've received 3 different dates which have passed to when the check was supposed to be here and now the Issaquah store is blaming "*****" from coperate for the lack of communication and not getting my refund because to there end is all clear it's up to ***** is what I'm told. 1 starI took my truck in to purchase a alarm system and to have car toys on Eldorado in ******* install the system. They did the install and once I got home and got up that night to drive my truck the alarm system failed locked me in my truck and I had to crawl out of the widow and have my truck towed home and back to car toys to remove their faulty system install. 1 starSpent $ ******* on a system, had to take it back to the dealership 3 times of stuff that was not put back together properly, took it back to car toys and everytime they did not what to do. Headlight sensor unplugged, screws missing, safety locks not re attached, wire pieces under the floor mats, battery cover broken, radio features not reinstalled. I am disappointed with this company. My car wont start and my stereo screen is black. I have taken my car to 3 stores. I have taken my car back 4 times. My steering wheel controls which we paid extra for dont work. My passenger door lock is missing. And the list is just go long to get into.Car Toys Inc
