Was quoted $280 for my place. Was ultimately charged 563.On the online estimate the tool provided a range of 245 to 385. The Phone personnel said it would be closer to the lower end based on the information I *********** place was clean before they got there. I was not present during the cleaning except once to see if they were done around 1.5hrs in. After the fact they said I gave permission for extra time which I did not provide and ultimately I was charged basically 2X their estimated price.The cleaning was well done, but their pricing has 0 transparency.On the phone they were not helpful at all. I requested a refund back to the estimate which I thought was fair and they refused.Beware of using this service.Review from Lily V

We were told the price was 140 an hour. They were here for 1.5 hours and we were charged 388. When we called to inquire about the price discrepancy the owner was incredibly rude and gaslit us and offered no resolution. What is very unfortunate is the team that cleaned did a wonderful job, but the owner is dishonest and rude
