      Company has been harassing me. On 9/23/2024, I received 17 phone calls between 11:40am and 1:20pm. Ive never done business with this company, and never provided them my information. I am on the Do Not Call registry. After 9 calls, I answered, to which the agent said he was calling with a personal loan offer. I asked to be removed from their list and not to be contacted. I answered 5 additional calls asking to be removed from their list and not to be called. All phone calls come from different phone numbers, so Im unable to block them.

      Evergreen MoneySource Mortgage Company is not the vendor calling you.  We do not do cold calls, nor do we engage in third party companies to call you.  If you have phone numbers that you can provide that called you, I am happy to research this further.

      Please stop calling me. This is unacceptable.Twice sometimes three times a day even when I opted for do not call list. They call from different number every time so blocking numbers don't work. Please STOP

      Evergreen MoneySource Mortgage Company is not the business calling you.  I have also received the email you sent and reviewed the phone numbers you provided that have contacted you.  None of the phone numbers are from Evergreen.

      *********************** has provided her contact information as part of Groupon merchant services as their customer service number and this person does not work for the company or provide any services for them. Fraudulent activity. Scamming multiple consumers as no service is provided.

      Evergreen MoneySource Mortgage Company, dba Evergreen Home Loans does not offer any type of Groupon as referred to in your original complaint.

      I informed the escrow department at Evergreen Home Loans that they were stealing extra funds in my escrow account six months ago. Since then, I have shown proof with tax statements and they will not adjust my required payment to escrow. They refuse to change the amount owed each month and have taken well over $2000 in extra payments so they can earn interest on this money. I know this is illegal to take this much in excess. They will not update their system and they do this for the ENTIRE state of **********. Shame on this company. They are breaking laws and acting immorally. I will never use their services again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. They need to be reported to state agencies and the BBB. Give me my thousands of dollars owed. If taxes go down you need to accept the change each year and adjust the payments right away and not six months later and counting. This issue is still unresolved.

      Credit dispute against Evergreen for the months of Dec, Jan, Feb. They were reported as delinquent which dropped my credit score of over 150. I had received a certified mail for demand letter on 2/15. I had attempted to respond to that mail via phone number provided, and then contacted via email on 2/20 (***************************, collection specialist) but did not receive any respond back. I was also communicating with **** ********* care specialist) in regards to having VA paying for those months and needing W-9. I had recently separated from the military, and the ********** of VA was in the process of paying for those months. Prior to that, I had never had late payment as it was automatically withdrawn each month. Their "demand letter" indicate if you are going through hardship, and have recently separated from the military to contact them. I have also send a copy of my VA benefit letter as a proof of my recent separation on 2/20 although they did not request or responded to the email. Resolution needed: I need Evergreen to contact credit bureau as they did before in regards to the delinquency that those months of late payment should be waived and not reflect my credit.       I received a Tax Reminder in the mail from the ***************************** dated 2/23/2023. I pay extra money in my mortgage payment to have Evergreen Escrow pay my taxes and insurance. They are committed to paying my taxes and insurance on time. I recently discovered they are delinquent in paying my taxes since 2021. I called and emailed Evergreen on 3/03/2023. I explained the issues. I was told that they would take care of the taxes. I was also told that Evergreen would cover the late fees and interest fees and I would not be held responsible for those. I called the ***************************** office today and Evergreen has only paid a portion of the taxes owed. On 3/15/23 paid $1,150.22 towards 2021 taxes and paid $1,508.62 towards 2022 taxes from the total amount of $4,138.44 which included late fees and interest fees. That leaves a balance of $1,479.60 that still needs to be paid. Evergreen loan #********** ****** county Parcel #RP56N02W226275A

      My father purchased a home in February of 2020. He later died in December of 2020 due to Covid complications. I contacted Evergreen to inform them of Dad's passing, when they (*********************** - loss mitigation) offered the "forebearance" plan - 6 months turned into a year. When I contacted them back in November 2021 to resume the mortgage and/or establish what charges were owed, I was completely ignored - for months. After calling several times (leaving multiple messages and callback numbers, as well as sending emails to *********************** - over a period of several months), no one from Evergreen has yet to contact me back. This has caused an extreme hardship on our family... causing us to, now, sell the family home. I feel that Evergreen's lack of concern is indicative of their entire company. Please beware when entrusting your life and housing affairs in their hands. They certainly don't show any genuine interest in assisting families, only making money. It's a shame that our country has come to this - a mortgage company that has the audacity to ignore loyal customers for months on end.
