Dont recommend - go somewhere else. Sold me Tacoma with a failed brake booster/master cylinder. Now I have an expensive repair to do on a truck I just a week ago and have only driven TWICE. Salesman gaslight me and told me it was because they just changed the brake pads. Nope. First time Ive been tricked and bought a lemon after 12 car purchases in my life, I know its hard to make sales right now with the economy the way it is but this is low. Im lucky that nothing happened to me or my family. Go somewhere else.

    To the Better Business Bureau,
The customer purchased a vehicle from us, unknowing that there was a problem with the vehicle after the purchase. We checked all our records and spoke with the salesperson, no mention from the customer that they were having an issue, the customer did not contact us. We are trying to get in touch with the customer to see what the issue has been. No reply as of today.

Terrible Service. The last three times that I have taken my vehicle here, there have been problems.60k service - 15 miles later the check engine light came on and it was a oxygen sensor that they had not put in properly Oil change - forgotten to tighten the drain plug and all the oil leaked out onto my driveway - could have blown my engine. When I called the service department they said it's "normal" for excess oil to leak out. I'm not stupid and insisted that they check it and they found the problem. Now - another oil change and asked them to check and remove the rat nest in the engine bay. They said they did, the tech didn't. They drove the van back in to have the tech do this, and I get back home and the rat nest is still there. How can you trust people like this? No trust here anymore.

My daughter ****** took her 2017 Corolla in for a 60K service on 10/11/2022 $389 (some unnecessary charged) later. But my complaint that they're using scar tactic about her brakes at 0 and 1mm. Vehicle is unsafe to drive. I took it to ******************* Tires for a free brake inspection | comments : Front 6mm rear 4-6mm. nothing wrong with your brakes. I won't be back at *******'s Toyota, taking my business somewhere I can be trusted.

I am not complaining about the job they did with replacing my cat on ** Toyota Prius. It seems ok.The problem that someone used my car when it was staying on Toyota *******'s dealership. Moreover, whoever used it was placing the big dog (l think it was big because the smells like s*** and l have a lot of dog fur in my car.It turned out out l am allergic to dogs and l had to go to the Pharmacy to buy pills. When l realized that l have a problem in my car l was driving that car and l could not breathe. I was even afraid not to make it to the pharmacy. I don't understand how they could use my car and even put my life to risk by driving with a dog

This is in response to review ID ******. Vehicles being repaired in service are test driven to evaluate the concerns and if needed driven after the repairs are completed. Service vehicles are not taken off site for any other reason, they are locked in the parking garage until returned to the customers. At no time would we have an animal in a customer's vehicle, we don't have pets at the dealership.
