I received a phone call today that didn't receive a transcript of my voice mail. The phone call stated it attempted to make an address update and would make one more attempt so I decided to call the number back. A female answered the phone and I told her that I wanted to know what the call was about and she said it was about an address update and they were wanting to serve me court papers for a debt I supposedly owed to their company. I don't owe anyone anything so I asked what was the company and she stated the companies name as My Cash Now and I owed them $3,757.50 and even asked if I was looking to settle with them. This is definitely a scam. She also read me back my full Social Security Number. I must have been leaked some how. She read to me an account number that I wasn't sure I wrote it down correctly so I asked her to repeat it. She wouldn't and claimed she had another call on hold and then hung up the phone. My sister received a phone call and v/m about a pay day loan with my cash now which I have never heard of nor taken any kind of payday loan out. They have creditors trying to collect over $2900 for a loan that never existed in my name, I never taken a loan out from this company ever before. When I told them this they hung up on me. I am concerned because they had information such as the last four digits of the SS# but not my phone number only my sisters. They have never contacted me prior to I have never heard of this company and never would I have taken a loan out. They did not verify, my address nor my email address but say I took out a payday loan. Very harassing and threatening. This is not even on my credit report.Initial Complaint

This business has been constantly calling a family member of mine about a debt on a payday loan that they have never taken out and are threatening legal action against them unless they pay over $500. I received a scam call from ************ which was a recording stating that I had a file with an attorney's office and I needed to call ************ and provided a file number ******** that I owed money. I called the number back and was told that I owed money to a company MYCASHNOW and I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THEM NOR HAVE I EVER TAKEN OUT A LOAN WITH THEM. I was told that I was being taken to court that I frauded them and the lady knew my address from over 15 years ago and the last 4 digits of my SS# and my email address which I don't know how she has them. I told her I did not know anything about this company and I would need documentation before I moved forward and she said that she would send it to me and I never have received anything.Initial Complaint

Summit collections called me today alleging I owe money to due to a loan from MyCashNow in 2019. I've never had a loan with that company and when I challenged the collections company, and asked for paperwork to be mailed to me, they hung up on me multiple times. A company called SMS does the same thing and every time I block one number, they call me from a new number.Initial Complaint

I received a phone call call asking for the last 2 digits of my phone number. They said My Cash now is trying to serve me, and can not teach me. I've never used this company as a loan company. The person never gave me any details of when I took the loan out, how much it was, or anything else. Just said $3,757.50 is what I'm being sued for. I got a call from a man who stated he was kevin a**** Id number ***** from Joseph and Williams and he was going to have carrier one deliver a court order because I owe mycashnow around $4500 from April 15th 2019. I've never heard of mycash now and had wrong email on file, but somehow knew my address, bank, and scary part is last 4 of my ss#
