2 starsOverall I received excellent care however, the whole program is a gimmick. The company needs to be honest with us normal size figures before they take our thousands of dollars. 3 starsWow. Reading all these comments, i am so glad i decided against this procedure. Anything "quick fix" is always a red flag, but i did go for a consult and they were very persistent for me to sign up for surgery that day. Overall the cost would have been $9500 and i couldn't see me parting with that amount of money for something that "may work". I was told in my consult that i would lost approx 20 lbs but to focus more on the inches i would lose. Thank you everyone for your comments on here, makes me feel 100% relief that i didn't go through with this procedure and even better off that i didn't give them a down payment.Review fromDeborah C

This business doesn't keep their word in refunding money. It's been a month since they said they would give us a refund.When my daughter calls them it's the same response " were processing refund". When they agreed to the refund they said 7 to 10 business days. I would not recommend them.Sono Bello

I went to the one in ******* but not the Macon one I dont know why the one in ******* in ****************** ******************* isnt listed on here to complain which is sketchy but not suprised but I am a college student that paid for my surgery ALL BY MYSELF not daddys money or any parents money mine. I raised so much to get this procedure for it to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They showed me my before and after photos and tell me why it went down .an inch AN INCH I look exacting the same literally no change almost 7 thousand dollars. the lady said it was going to bring out my shape and make my stomatch flat. I hate this and this is disgusting. I want my money back. Not only did you make me feel guilty but you made me even more disgusted about my body. I hate this. Im not going to leave this off the hook whatsoever. Would you liked it if someone scammed you 7 thousand dollars sonobello ? No. So why did you do it to me.Sono Bello

Felt completely scammed. Went in for a free consultation but was pushed into scheduling an appointment even though I still needed to get a doctor's approval due to a recent head injury. I decided to back out and am still out 2500 despite never even meeting with a doctor.Sono Bello

I had a lipo procedure in 2024 on my upper, lower and waist and was highly dissatisfied with the results. I was given the opportunity to correct it. At the consultation. I was persuaded to do my bra rolls and that was an additional $1700. the first procedure, at the 3mth visit, I told the nurse that I was not satisfied and related what I wanted to see from the procedure. The doctor walked into the room told me how great I looked and walked out. I looked at the nurse who looked as confused as I was. I ask if she has informed the doctor of my concerns. She said "yes". I was angry that I changed and walked out of the office. I later received a call from the office I was give an appointment for a consultation for a "redo". The doctor at the consult seemed to understand what I was looking for. I was booked with a back roll area added to the "Re do "procedure. On the day of, I arrived for my 1pm my appointment, prepped. 2 hrs after I was still waiting. I was given pain medication (which I was asked to bring), a pic line was done but was not used. I was taken to the operating room, placed on the table and supposedly injected with numbing medication, my body was pushed and prodded while feeling fluid flowing down my body. THEN THE **** BEGAN. It was horrible, unbearable and very scary. I kept asking "why am I feeling so much pain" I told the doctor over and over that I was in pain. I grabbed her hand telling to stop I could not go on like this. She told me to let go of her hand and she continued on. From start to end it was nonstop pain. 3 days later I removed the garment to clean up, my skin looked like an Indi 500 race track. I was bruised everywhere. I consulted a physician and was told if the bruises got discolored and hot to the touch I needed to go tot he ER. I received a call from the office, I told them of my experience and the pain I was still experiencing. I was told she would speak with the doctor and get back to me. To date no one has followed up.Sono Bello

2 starsAfter my procedure, I had a poor experience with the practice. I am generally pleased with the results, but the office signed me up for a credit card without verbally explaining to me that it would automatically happen when they ran my credit report. I randomly got a credit card in the mail, had to close it, which will impact my credit score. In addition, as the doctor was finishing my procedure, he told me that I should come back for a second procedure, using inappropriate language to describe what my body would look like without that procedure. Very poor bedside manner. Ask lots of questions about what you are signing - they throw a lot of paperwork at you with no explanation.Review fromAndrea F

*****, the consultant, & nurses were supportive - they did seem afraid to speak up for patients that are writhing in pain and crying from the pain. In the Pre-op, Dr ** advised me to get AbEx, but we all know surgeons go into this field to cut. Im 50yo I havent had any children - therefore my skin hasnt been too stretched.Also in Pre-Op I was VERY clear that I have a high drug tolerance. They shared what sounded like it would be a twilight procedure where u are semi-awake- NOT the ******** to the day of the medieval torture chamber - IV placed by the nurse and was given ***** mg(?) ******** and 1 mg *****. Come to find out the IV was for antibiotics - I thought that Id be getting more pain killer thru the IV in the procedure room. This was NOT the case. Dr.*. has NO bedside manner. Im on the table - wide awake, feeling everything, crying uncontrollably due not only to the pain, but also bc of how she was talking to me.Dr. * at multiple times told me to be quiet and to stop moving my legs which I complied to best of my ability - but thats a natural reaction to PAIN! Dr. * also told me to be quiet bc there were people (aka new customers) in the hallway. Dr. * told me I needed to find a therapist bc I was ************ some point towards the middle of the procedure - I was given another ***** due to my screaming/howling but no pain killer.*he had one spot left on me but she left to do a consult for another patient - inappropriate and possibly against ethics to leave someone on the table.*he told me I wouldnt remember any of this. I remember exactly how unkind, rude, dismissive and intensely gaslight-y she was - she said things that made me feel like I was the problem the entire time.*he spoke to her staff in the same demanding, rude manner.I would NEVER suggest anyone suffer through what I did. Expect the worse & maybe it wont be as bad. No one deserves to be treated like that.Sono Bello

Good morning, reaching out because I am still waiting for my refund. Ive been trying to get a refund for many years now I left messages through text and phone calls and no one has returned my messages so I had to show up in person. I already had put $500 down. I was encouraged to put more money down when I came in person so I added $100 but because of my financial status theres no way I can continue any payments. I received a message from someone at Sonobello stating that they will give me a refund in full through text and that was in the beginning of March 2025. I reached out to this individual again . She stated that the refund is processing. Why is it taking so long to process my refund. Please let me know why is such a long wait?Im still waiting not happy.Sono Bello
