      On January 24, 2024 I had my first consult with Sono Bello employee *********************. On this date I had agreed to pay $6709.19 for lower ab and front bra roll lipo. However during my pre-op appointment with the Doctor on February 21, 2024 she said that would not get the best results because my upper abdomen needed to have lipo also. I pointed out to her that I had a hernia and didn't think that could be done due to the location of it. She said she could still do the surgery and was scheduled for February 28, 2024 with the change in surgery my total cost was now $8704.19. On February 24th I received a phone call from ***** stating that the DR. had a "family emergency" and could not do the surgery therefore, I had to re-schedule another pre-op appointment with another Dr. I saw another Dr. on March 4th for another pre-op on this date **************** refused to do the surgery he stated that if he did the surgery I would not get the results that I wanted because the hernia would stick out of my abdomen.Therefore I agreed to wait on the surgery pending a hernia surgery from my insurance provider. At that time I requested a full refund and I only received $4000 back. I was told the $4704.19 was held for my lipo surgery when I could return and have it done and it would go towards my surgery.Currently my insurance provider cannot complete my surgery or provide a date for surgery. On June 10th I spoke with a nurse from Sono Bello and she and the Doctor had agreed that I needed to have the hernia surgery first and then repeat all the labs prior to coming back to Sono Bello.I spoke with ***** on June 18th updating her on my hernia issue and requested a refund of $4704.19. She told me that if I canceled a future surgery that they would not refund the deposit.How is this fair when Sono Bello Doctors couldn't and wouldn't do the surgery at the date that I requested and now it becomes my fault.I feel I should be refunded the $4704.19 because the service I paid for was not rendered.

      I had a consultation at Sono Bellos in ********* with *******. Very nice, upbeat positive person. I was interested in doing something with my belly (I have previously had a tummy tuck), my waist, and my arms. We settled on upper abs, hips, and waist. With all the discounts, my price was going to be_________ and I had to choose between ********* or ********** for the actual procedure. I told her I needed a day to think about it. The next day when she asked me if Id made my decision, I told her yes, I was not going through with it due to not wanting to have to go all the way to ********** and the price was more than I expected.***** PLEASE see full letter attached to this complaint

      I just wanted to let you know that I did receive a call from Sono Bello that they were going to refund my whole payment, which is a satisfactory result.  However, I advised the lady who called that I would only update my complaint once the refund was in my possession.

      I recently had a conversation with ******* regarding my request to cancel, during which she informed me that my deposit was non-refundable. I expressed my concerns to her, feeling that her focus was primarily on financial matters. I had sent an email on the same day (06/11/2024) I made the deposit, indicating my desire to cancel due to health issues. Unfortunately, ******* seemed indifferent to my situation. She mentioned an initial expectation of $2500 from me, but then stated she had been "approved" for me to contribute less, a fact she claims to have communicated to me, which is not accurate. When I stated my intention to put down $1000, she then informed me that I would need to leave at least $1700, supposedly due to my qualification for care credit. Subsequently, she suggested rounding it up to $2000.Given my health concerns, I am not comfortable proceeding with the arrangement. ******* did not discuss any formal documents with me, aside from providing a breakdown of prices. Despite acknowledging that my children were a potential distraction, she appeared solely focused on finalizing the deal. During our conversation, I specifically inquired about the necessity of blood work, to which she assured me it was unnecessary. However, as she is not a medical professional, I find it disconcerting that she made this determination.Regardless of *******'s years of experience as a Patient Experience Specialist, her approach lacked the empathy and consideration one would expect from someone in her role. A company that truly values its customers would prioritize understanding their concerns and allowing time for reflection before proceeding. Despite my request for a refund being made within hours, rather than days, ******* displayed a lack of concern.I am left questioning the integrity of this company and its commitment to customer care.I am requesting a full refund as this was just done yesterday.

      On 4/26/2024 I had an in person consultation to discuss chin liposuction. During my consultation I was told that I would get great results and that I was an ideal candidate for this procedure. During the consultation I was rushed to make a decision on putting down a deposit and was even offered an extra $1000 discount since I am a first responder if I would just make up my mind as other people were waiting. I went ahead and put down a deposit of $2,506.75. I was scheduled for a pre-op on 5/23/2024 where I met with Dr. ****** He told me immediately that I was in fact NOT a candidate for this procedure, my skin does not have enough elasticity and the procedure would leave me with a lot of unsightly sagging skin. He then decided not to go forward with the operation and stated I would get a refund for what I had paid so far. He brought in the Office Manager, *****, to discuss possibly going a different route with more complex procedures, I.E. a face life and a neck lift, which I declined. ***** then stated she would initiate my refund and send me an email with further information which she sent that afternoon stating she was getting my case submitted for cancellation. It's now been over 2 weeks since then and I have been unable to make contact with ***** or anyone else who can assist me. I have sent NUMEROUS emails, called the office daily and have spoken to several employees including *****, *** and ******* (the ones I could remember) who assured me ***** would be reaching out but I have only gotten the run around. I feel like I was absolutely scammed out of my money.

      Went in for a consultation at the Sono Bello in ********************, JUST a consultation, and even said I was shopping around for different prices. I was then caught in the deposit trap, and I agreed to make a payment on Friday. Stupid as it was I was too excited and proceeded to make an appointment for out for pre-op, which means I had to put down a partial deposit, and then reconsidered due to my financial situation and realized I wasn't able to go through with it. So I spoke to the lady literally an hour later who gave me my quote and she moved forward to delete my file. Still, I was charged on Friday for the deposit. I needed that money for bills, I want my money back!!!

      I am scheduled to have a liposuction procedure to treat my gynecomastia and stomach on June 11. However, after mentioning this to one of the providers at Veterans Affairs, they have advised against having the procedure done due to my current treatment plan to lower my blood pressure and heart rate and the risks that can arise as a result. I also suffer from anxiety and depression which also affects my blood pressure and heart rate. I paid Sono Bello a total of $12629 for the procedure and due to my providers advising against procedure because of my high blood pressure and fast heart rate, I am seeking a full refund of amount paid to Sono Bello.

      I saw the ad online for sono bello, claiming to be a miracle wonder for reshaping women and using lasers to be a desirable alternative to mommy makeovers and surgeries. Also the ad said that you can get a same day treatment and free consultation. (Spring of 2024), *****, Ga Location) I am a mother, with a little belly fat n to get rid of. I was interested, so I called and they set up an appointment. I drove a whole hour, I even explained to them the office was an hour away form my house. I went in filled out all this paperwork. I am in great health, besides needing a little nip and tuck from pregnancies and breast feeding. Honestly I am 125 lbs. I am not obese or anything or have any other health issues. Anyway, I was very excited about getting a same day treatment, as posted in the ad and very excited about starting my sono bello treatment plan, then I was called in a private room with a lady who told me to stand up in front of a mirror and show my stomache. then she said "yeah, sorry we can't help you here, for what you need we can't treat you. you need to go to a plastic surgery down the street!" I was like what? I was very surprised and shocked she would say this and I had to drive a whole hour back home with no help form sono bello. What a rip off and a waste of time. Aren't they supposed to be a surgery alternative? unbelievable. I want my free t same day treatment as listed in the ad and I want to set up continued treatment with sono bello! Just not with that lady. Shes no help. False advertising!

      on 5-15-24 i had a 10 minute consulation with ****** at sono bello **** which was supposed to be no obligation. i was told my full result would be in a couple weeks.. i told ****** multiple times i need more time than 10 minutes to decide, that i dont understand it, and that i would get back to her tomorrow. i called my family for advise during visit & told her theyre not answering & i really need to discuss with them before any decision. she refused & told me in order to get a date held this year at all i would need to schedule it right away just to get a date set in case i decide to go through with it, & can change or cancel later.she said it was no obligation and i would be refunded if i dont have the *** op appt with the surgeon and took a $2,495 credit card deposit for a 5-29-24 operation.the next day i did research on my procedure and it turns out the recovery time she told me is not correct. I also did research on sono bello and saw bad reviews and horror stories online. i spoke to the office and told them to cancel & was told the balance is due today 5-16 like discussed if i decided to proceed even though. the truth is full balances arent due until day before surgery. the office charged my card another $6,505! they said its too late to cancel. I spoke again with ****** about refund on May 20 she agreed that she will refund me $6,505 as i havent had a *** op appt with surgeon but that her manager would have to refund the $2,495 deposit and call me about it.She then tried to talk to me into how badly i wanted the proceure asap. she told me she has a 5-23-24 surgery day and 5-21-24 doctor *** op appt available and to think about it that she has that ready for me but isnt finalized. when she text me to confirm i said no and cancel everything!im not paying $9,000 for a rushed dishonest 10 minute consult and i never got all the paperwork.i was told by front desk manager would call me for refund, there is no response to my texts & calls for refund.

      I attended a "free" consultation. I was made to feel like paying the ******* deposit and scheduling the labs, pre-op appointment, and surgery were incredibly time sensitive in order to secure appointments and lock in promo pricing. Very soon after the consultation and reading reviews of former patient, I decided I no longer wished to go through with the surgery. I am seeing the refund of my deposit as I did not meet with any medical staff nor hold any appointments from other patients. I also do not with to have the deposit credited toward any products or services they may offer.
