On 25 September 2019, my husband and I entered into a contract with Timeshare Exit Team to exit out of our four timeshares. We paid $33,610.34 up front for this service. In our contract with Timeshare Exit Team, it clearly states that if they cannot get us out of our timeshares within 36 months, that we will be refunded the $33,610.34. We communicated with a third-party lawyer whom Timeshare Exit Team had contracted to negotiate on our behalf. Over the course of the 3 years, a negotiation did not occur. Instead, we received a class action lawsuit postcard in the mail if we wanted to participate in against Timeshare Exit Team. We submitted our names to be included in the class action lawsuit. It has not been settled. Overall, Timeshare Exit Team has caused an undue hardship on my family as three of the timeshares have been repossessed. The fourth timeshare, we ended up paying the remaining balance in January 2024. Our credit reports have been severely affected by the repossessions and late payments and have placed me in jeopardy of losing my employment, which requires a security clearance. Timeshare Exit Team assured us that our credit report would not be affected since we would be in negotiations to pay a lesser amount than what we owed. I want to be refunded the $33,610,34 as outlined in the contract I had signed with Timeshare Exit Team. Timeshare Exit Team also does business as ***************** and Associates.

In July of 2018 I paid Reed Hein and associates (AKA Timeshare Exit Team) $4260 based on their guarantee to help me exit my timeshare which was paid off in full. At that time they suggested that I stop paying maintenance fees because most properties don't go through the trouble of sending your file to collections. They also informed me that it usually takes about 18 months to get out of a timeshare agreement. After receiving a notice from my resort stating that they were going to send my file to collections, I paid my maintenance fees and contacted ***************** who stated that they never would suggest not paying. This was pure deception on their part. Like everyone else posting on here, prior to filing for bankruptcy, ***************** forwarded my account to resalevacations who then also went out of business. I am aware of the class action lawsuit for those in Washington but there should be one filed on behalf of ********* who were also duped by *****************

This journey started in 2018 when I met with Timeshare Exit Team. The company charged me over $5,000 and promised to exit me out of my timeshare. They gave me a timeframe in which I would be exited out of my timeshare and if they were unable to exit me from my timeshare that I would I did have 2 different law firms that were supposed to be working on my my case. I just keep being passed all too so many different people with those firms that I can not even count. As of now I have not heard anything from Timeshare Exit Team or the Law firms. I just found out that one of the law firms is now is involved in a class action lawsuit. And to top it off the timeshare is demand payment and has sent it to collections. I would like a refund. This is a scam!!!!

Timeshare exit team took over $5k from me to exit a timeshare. They did nothing and have since gone out of business. All just want a refund. The timeshare went to colllections and now the collections company is seeking a judgment. I could have just paid off most of the time share with the money I paid to timeshare exit team who guaranteed theyd get me out of the timeshare or a full refund. It was a complete scam.

I paid ***************** Timeshare Exit Team over $3000 in November 2018. I went through several years of sending and signing documents. They said the process can take multiple years so I trusted the process, but I stopped receiving communication from them in September 2021. I still waited up until I saw they had gone out of business but then they were transferred to a Resale Vacations so I thought the process was still going. I know ******** was forced to pay millions due to fraudulent practices and I would like all (or most) of my payment as part of restitution since they had a money back guarantee.
