In January 2019, I contracted with Timeshare Exit Team in the amount of $5582.84 to exit me from my Wyndham timeshare, after unsuccessfully trying myself. After filling out the necessary documentation, I waited about 2 months and never heard anything from them. So, I called asked for a status update on my case, and was told "it was with the attorneys, and I should be hearing from them soon." When I asked for an estimated timeframe, I was told about 6-8 weeks. Well, I never heard from them unless I CALLED THEM every 6-8 weeks. Each time I received the generic response I received on that first call. After about 8 months I stopped calling in hopes that things would just work out. In February 2020, I received an email from ***************** Group, stating they had received my case from Timeshare Exit to see if they could exit me from my timeshare. After I actually responded (b/c I thought it was a scam), I worked with Granite Spire for about 9 months, and they were THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF TIMESHARE EXIT TEAM. They were attentive, responsive, and informative about what was happening with my case. Unfortunately, they also were not successful in exiting me from my timeshare. So, I went back to Timeshare Exit Team in March 2021 and requested a refund as it had been more than 24 months since I had initially contracted them. Over the next couple of months, they were superficially responsive (a lot of automated replies to emails for updates) and asking for information I provided in the beginning of our contract. In October 2021, I received an email saying they had reached a settlement with ******* and I would be hearing more "in the coming weeks and months." In January 2022, I emailed asking for an update on my settlement offer and have yet to receive a response. All of their phones are disconnected and I have not received anything from ******* except for my regular monthly bill. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED OVER A YEAR AGO! It's been almost 4 years.

I paid up front $4260.00 to Time Share Exit Team/Reedhein LLC in January of ******************** getting rid of my Timeshare, which was paid in full including all fees. I was advised to not make any future payments and that the process could take up to 18 months but is usually completed in 12 or less. There has been little or no activity on my account and not even a response to phone calls and email in last 20 months.

In Oct 2015 I entered a contract with TimeShareExitTeam to cancel my timeshare in *******. Over the past 6+ years I have had numerous emails providing a status of the efforts to cancel my timeshare. On multiple occasions i was told I was close and then told they needed more time. Another time i was told the paperwork was on the way and it would be a few more days. I have asked for a refund a number of times and each time someone reached and said all was good and have patience. My patience is done. I asked one more time and then found out the company had closed after a **************** law suit. I am aware that the timeshare company in ******* wants the back-payments for 6+ years. What do I do now?

11/14/2019 - I entered into a signed contract with Timeshare Exit Team (Reed Hein & Associates, LLC) and paid them a fee amount of $4,400. ***************** Guarantees that if the owner does not obtain the services within 3 years, Owner shall be eligible for a full refund of the Fee Amount. 6/2/2022 - received a letter from ********************************* (Attorneys at Law) stating they were contacted by the Timeshare Exit Team to execute an offer from Diamond (my resort timeshare holder) and be the Settlement Administrator ($500 fee). 6/24/22 - i contacted Diamond to verify the settlement was legitimate and received an email back confirming it was. 6/27/22 - i mail a check for $500 (settlement admin fee) to *************************.8/19/22 - received a release contract from ************************* *************. The fee is $2,775. With all the scams out there, should i pay this amount, or should Timeshare Exit Team pay, since i already paid them?Timeshare Exit Team is not returning any phonecalls or emails that I've made and sent. This company should be held liable for entering a contract and not fulfilling. Thanks Retired Veteran

Paid for a service that was never complete through the company. They allowed it to lapse and continued to get me confused with another customer. Every time I would try to correct them, it didn't fix anything. Company continued to send me documents for **************************************** when my account is under *************************************** (maiden name *******). Since the company didn't do anything on my behalf, our timeshare was put into default. Once that happened, they stated since I'm no longer on the hook for payments, they did their job. Not what we paid them for. Last communication was just under a year ago and I've attached the email strand along with the contract. More than happy to provide additional emails if needed.

I entered a contract with Timeshare Exit Team January 2021 for them to legally get me out of my timeshare contract. They guaranteed that if they were unable to follow through on this commitment, then I would receive a refund of the $4000 I paid for their services. My case was transferred to Resale Vacations July 2021 and was told I would receive monthly updates from them. They told me the services could take up to 18 months (the reason my complaint is over 12 months later). Initially, they kept me up to date on the status but now all phones have been disconnected. The last contact I have from them was 9/2021. I have a copy of the contract.

On July 8, 2020, and, after an in-depth conversation with ******* (****) ***********************************, and ***************************** at Reed Hein & Associates, Timeshare Exit Team, a ********************* highly endorsed company with advertisements repeatedly shown on the ******** Network, we entered into a contract with Timeshare Exit Team for services to negotiate a release from my mother's two (2) timeshares, of which I am co-owner. Pursuant to the contract, discovered now to be fraudulent, we provided all of the necessary and sensitive paperwork to this company including all of the contract documentation for the two timeshares, drivers' license information, home addresses, etc., and their service fee of $8,560.00. We were informed it could take up to ***** months for resolution but guaranteed a resolution of release from the existing contracts would be realized. In the interim, my mother continued to and still continues to pay the required maintenance fees to both resorts, now discovered to be the best practices for this situation. For the past two years, as we have attempted inquiry status by telephone and email, we were continually informed our file was "at different levels of the process," and the firm was "still prepping additional documents," to receive few returned phone calls and emails to eventually no returned phone calls or emails. This company obviously did not and have not fulfilled their obligation to our contract, have defrauded my mother and me, and have left our personal information vulnerable to future liabilities. Despite the fact that these people are seasoned criminals, their actions are especially insidious by preying upon the most vulnerable as my mother is a widow and suffering from lung cancer, details of which *************************** was well aware when he knowingly defrauded us. We believe they should be prosecuted and ordered to honor their "money back guarantee if they cannot get me out of my contract" as promised and reputably endorsed.

My wife and I entered into a contract with ******** in October ******************** exiting from our Timeshare. They advised it could be a lengthy process, as well as letting us know about the ReedHein guarantee. It states, basically, if we follow all of their recommendations and provide all documentation requested, that after a minimum of ***** months, if they still haven't come to an exit agreement with the timeshare company, they would refund the money we paid (minus a small fee). After many years of them passing us from attorney to attorney (whom all said they tried but couldn't get an exit agreement) we finally asked them to honor their guarantee and refund our money. Since the emails we sent requesting them to honor their guarantee, we haven't heard from them. No responses whatsoever.

I entered into an agreement with Timeshare Exit Team in October 2018. According to the contract my timeshare was guaranteed to be dissolved within "a reasonable amount of time" or it was 100% money back guaranteed. My timeshare has not been dissolved and I have attempted to contact the company several times. I finally was able to contact someone and they provided a $500 partial refund 1/2021 with the guarantee of the timeshare being resolved in 12 months. I now am unable to contact them for a full refund of my money.
