I'd LIKE to be contacted, via email, but I will not close out this complaint until I receive what I ordered. Keep in mind that I actually paid for shipping.

My originally ordered item was re-shipped, and delivered today. It would seem Bungie did send me an email stating my order was re-shipped on 2Jan2025, but I hadn't received that email for whatever reason.
This matter is now resolved, and I hope I don't feel compelled to involve BBB in the future in regards to this company (or any other).
I'm grateful to all involved that I can finally put this issue to rest.

Impossible to actually contact a person at Bungie. We purchased a game, it will not work on PC, other games with higher graphics work just fine. We used the trouble shoot forums and followed all the steps. All with the same result. Impossible to play the game we purchased. There are clear directions to emails anyone in support or call. When you ****** the problem, appears there are many people in this predicament and no way to resolve it other than be cheated out of money. I feel the company does not have a clear path to make contact with anyone due to their inferior product on PC.Initial Complaint

Placed order for items 9/13/2024. Order was updated to reflect a tracking number on 9/16/2024 (see AfterShip tracking info **************************). As of today, 11/14/2024, there has been no movement and/or updates to this shipment. I have reached out at least 3 different times to the Bungie Store customer service team, asking for updates, but to no avail. All I get in response is an image with pre-production info for pre-order items and their estimated shipping timelines, none of which applies to the items on my order. I have also asked for the possibility of a refund due to the delay in shipping and the unfortunate lack of attention to detail in responding to my inquiry, but have still yet to receive any sort of reply. As it is, I have spent $103.99 on this order for which I have received ZERO physical items.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The Bungie Store did not respond to my request for help until AFTER I asked the BBB to step in to assist.
The information I provided to the BBB in my initial complaint was the same information I provided to the Bungie Stores customer support team when I was trying to resolve this issue at the lowest level possible. Unfortunately, the level of respect afforded to the BBB after they stepped in to help resolve my issue was not the same level of respect given to me when I was trying to resolve the issue without the help of the BBB. Its almost as if Bungie, Inc. and/or the Bungie Store thought/felt I was lying, when the evidence to support my problem was clear and obvioustheir customer support team just didnt feel it necessary or feel any responsibility to apply due diligence on their part to step in and help me. Completely unacceptable that I have to ask for another entity to step in and do the job that Bungies customer service team is specifically in place to do.
If this has happened to me it will happen to another customer. ******************** Stores emails and responses to my requests for help were auto-generated, without regard to my problem, because the information being provided to me by them incorrect and not applicable to my order/situation. Although I did eventually receive the correct items, it is completely UNSAT that the BBB had to get involved. Bungie shouldve helped me when it was me asking for help, not the BBB asking to help me on my behalf.
