    The team at Olsen Auto Body were great from the start they kept me informed and up to date with all the repairs. I was even able to pick up a rental in their office, the rental was there before I pulled into the shop's parking lot.The man who greeted me, I forgot his name was very kind and informative. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. From start to finish I loved the whole process! They're such a wonderful team of people, so professional and courteous. They even detailed my car, I'm so happy they were able to provide such a great service to me!If I ever end ** in another accident, I'll bring my car back to this great shop! All my friends and family know Olsen Auto Body is the best place to go!

    If I could give them 0 stars, I would. To say Im frustrated is an understatement. I came in today to drop my car off to be repaired for an accident that took place all the way back in February. I hand my keys to the front desk woman (********, I believe was her name) and they tell me that Enterprise will be contacted shortly. I then hear them say they need to confirm with ***** that the bumper is in stock. The Enterprise representative shows up and is immediately sent away after ******** advises there is no bumper and no ETA for when it will be available. The lack of customer service and sincere apology was astounding. The only response I got was I just didnt check. You didnt check to see if you had the main part youre replacing on my vehicle? The fact that I received a call last Tuesday to move up my repair appointment (from July 15th) without even confirming the part was in stock in the first place is extremely unprofessional. Why did you even have me come in in the first place?! Not only did you have me come in before 4 PM so that I could get a rental car (which meant I had to rearrange my work schedule), you had me drive nearly 30 minutes to be sent away as I live in Sedro ******. As you are well aware, gas prices are not cheap these days but truthfully, its my time that is more valuable. I spent almost an hour in total driving to sit in your lobby for five minutes to be told sorry.
