    READ BEFORE PURCHASING!!We purchased a EVO II Dual 640 ************ Bundle V3 for $5688. I was bringing it down due to low battery but it still had 18% battery and there was a glitch or something and it shut off from about 45 ft up and fell. This resulted in the camera being broken and several other things. I called in to Autel as it is under warranty. I explained to them what had happened and they told me that it was under warranty and to ship it to them to get it replaced or fixed. After they had received the damaged product, they would not warranty it and wanted me to purchase a new bundle. I called them to ask why they were charging me because they said they would warranty it and they informed me that they were not going to warranty it because I bumped it up to move it away from a tree while bringing it down to switch batteries. Like I mentioned above, it still at 18% battery when it shut off. So they called it a pilot error and refused to warranty it. I offered to pay for them to fix the damaged parts as I already have the whole kit and they refused. I asked if I could just buy the drone as I already have the remote which they had in their warehouse that could be programmed to a new drone, and they refused that as well. I questioned the representative about several scenarios in which they would warranty it, and it basically came down to that they won't warranty anything even though it is advertised that they will. They also advertised that the drone would go 9 miles when I could only get it to go 2 miles with no obstructions between me and the drone. I asked the representative why that was, and he told me that the remote transmits 9 miles, but it won't fly 9 miles. Dont waste your money or time with this company.

    Love the drone, I paid for the Autel care and later I hit a wire and now I need it fixed. I have called and emailed multiple times and cannot get a reply from anyone. You spend a couple $$$$ on a drone and they silence my calls. Rings once and stops, every time. My coverage runs out in a couple months. Hopefully someone will answer or respond by then.

    Terrible customer service I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased a drone from Autel Ive emailed and called and left numerous messages and I cant believe they treat their customers like this I even tried to chat with someone and couldnt even get a response to a chat I spent $2000.00 for a drone I cant get any help with so steer clear of this company unless you have money to burn which I dont have

    Horrible customer service. They do not answer their phone, I left a voice mail a week ago and still no response. Today I called 1 minute after they opened, and I was the 4th in queue for customer service support, then I was notified I was 3rd in line, and immediately went to voice mail. I got the drone, opened it updated the firmware and calibrated the *** and compass, then flew just once and the gimbal is broken, and not functioning a all so the drone is not useable. I did send an email to support, and literally no response from anyone about my open ticket, phone calls and email. I did pay for the extra support coverage, and even still I paid over $1,400 for a drone that doesn't work and they cannot respond to phone calls or email, This is fraud. They should not be selling drones that can not fly, or they can support, and they could start answering their phones and email. At this point I have a paperweight with no support. Very disappointing.
