Hello-
We are saddened to hear you were unhappy while you were in our center. Many of your accusations made in this review such as lying, high priced tuition, child being harmed were not brought to upper management or ownership to help resolve your frustrations as your email does not belong to any of our current or past emails. It honestly sounds very much of a disgruntled parent or staff member. We always encourage communication with our families and staff. We have a 100% open door policy. Running a large childcare facility is very challenging at times especially when parents or staff do have concerns and are not familiar with all our WAC's, regulations and policies we follow on a daily basis.
We are sorry to see that your child was harm absolutely as this would have been our number one concern and taken care of immediately if any concern was brought to our attention.
