  We thank you for your consideration of our complaint in the amount of $807.68, which includes the following items:
  1.Refund of the $593.73 check issued and cashed by **** ******/H**3**63**730**363632H H**363**6**3837343039H and H3**03432363730323437H, which was paid on 11/17/2022 (see 2a and 2b on *** file titled "*** A to G" and #** of the *** titled "*** 1 to 37").
  2.Reimbursement of $2**.92 in costs incurred by us in paying a very good/reputable contractor to rectify the issue caused by **** ******/H31******3230**383435H (see #** of the *** titled "*** 1 to 37).
  In support of my claim, I've attached two ***s with the following information:.
      - "*** A to G": includes my H363**73932383**831H "File a Complaint online application and full descriptions.
      - "*** 1 to 37" includes several photos that substantiate my complaint, with text threads, receipts, online substantiations, and emails, which are ordered numerically and within some numbers include additional pages labeled as a,b and c.
  
  As noted above, my complaint is against **** ******/H31******3230**383435H.  Please see 1, and ** that summarized my desired resolution against **** ****** as the sole proprietor.who's contact information is listed below.

  Please note that **** ****** represented himself as being the owner of H31******3230**383435H; a company and individual that seems to have no license and no filings with the *** (please page #** of *** 1 to 37 for details) with no listed location address. As such, **** ****** appears to an unlicensed individual with an unlicensed entity with no *** tax filings who is operating illegally. 
   
  The last email communication from *.****** was 10/25/2023. The last followup email from me to *. ****** was 12/9/2023.

  Contracted with Kitsap Diesel to repair my generator 4/5/2022. Paid him upfront for the replacement of a controller of $1121.27. He said he stands by his work. He installed the unit, the generator did not work. He said it was a faulty sensor he would have to order....I contacted him repeatedly over the next year by phone and email asking for a status of the repair. On 5/8/2023, I contacted another company to troubleshoot the generator. The service call was $283. They said it needed a new controller. The one **** installed was faulty. I contacted **** via email to explain the situation and ask for a refund. I have emailed and called and left voice messages for him with no response. The company is Kitsap Diesel & Generator repair, phone number ************, ********************* is the owner, ************************************************************************
