    Silencing an employee after being called racial slurs and mocking them. Followed by trying to enforce a cease and desist instead of issuing an apology. Should speak volumes. ***********************************

    They are completely unprofessional, racists and cowards. They had 3 black men dance for them and then sent out a text that said no N words(hard ER) allowed. Then sent them a cease and desist to prevent them from talking. Theres nothing A+ about this business and Toyota needs to pull their contract.

    Recently went in to buy a car and was walked around the lot to check out some cars. After looking at a few I saw a few that caught my eye so I asked to see inside. The salesman opened up one of the Toyota Tacomas I was looking at and in the back seat was an open bottle of crown royal as well as some golf clubs. I asked does the car come with the crown royal? the salesman responded with oh you can smell that? Ya sorry my manager had just brought this back. After that short conversation he asked if I would like to test drive the car or make an offer on it. This negligence would have put me at risk for being pulled over with an open bottle which they were ok with. Furthermore they had multiple used cars priced thousands of dollars higher than the original msrp of the same car with 0 miles on it. Just a heads up of some of the things going on at your Toyota of Burien
