I became a client at the Center on July 11th, 2022. I was excited to finally get the extensive mental health and healing I had been waiting for. The first week was filled with confusion, alot of information and medication changes. I had felt medication change was needed. She took one medication away cold turkey, added 2 new medications and then increased a current medication. This is alot of changes esp for mental illness medications. For the next 2 weeks i gradually became worse, couldn't concentrate, so tires, nausea, and just so depressed and anxious. Everyday I asked to see my physiatrist and I was denied. I asked for nausea medications and was denied. They did not monitor me daily and when I went to see my counselor I told them I needed help and was ignored. long story short, everything escalated and I self harmed and would of commited suicide but I reached out to my friend and being new to the area I didn't have a plan, I went back in the center said I needed to talk to doctors and physiatrist and when I went to her I saw my 2 notes laying on her desk 2 days later and she agreed it was serotonin syndrome and she did nothing but increase 2 new medications and sent me back to class After that I was still denied to see her I did not attend my last week. I lost over 2 weeks there of learning and 3 to 4 weeks getting medications straightened out, attempted suicide and self harm from their medication errors I called my dr in **** and she helped me get back. These people need to be held accountable for their lack of knowledge and not checking on me and not listening to me. I could of died, No one ever checked on me at home not even the program director. I have tried to talk with them about this but they ignore me. they should have to pay for this mistake. My father died by suicide for this same error. And on my sheet Medical doctor was listed and she is only a CMA Never met her and SHE is not a dr. more to share.. website is all lies
