      The network connectivity is great even at a basic level, the price is affordable especially for a small family. The assigned technician , ********, was knowledgable and resourceful who went above and beyond his tasks to ensure things were working smoothly.

      Everyone at Ziply that were involved with the fiber install worked diligently to ensure we had a proper connection. Some of the challenges that Ziply had to overcome were running a fiber cable ***** from an intersection to our home and since our home is ********************************************************************** finding an appropriate entrance to the home.They really bent over backwards to make this project come to fruition. From *****, the Ziply manager in this area to every team member from Ziply, they did an outstanding job. We were able to replace our, very inconsistent Star Link that produced a maximum speed of 90mgs up and 125mgs down, with 1g up and down. Even with Wi-Fi in this multi-story home we're well over 350 up and down and, with consistency.

      ZIPLY misled me in at least two ways about their advertised Fiber upgrade for my *** Ziply service.In February 2024 I indicated to Ziply that I wanted to upgrade to Ziply Fiber. I was told my current *** line was to be discontinued sometime soon. As time went on, I received multiple mailings urging me to change to Fiber and that the *** line would cease, eventually citing the end of June 2024.From February to June, I received multiple changes to the installation date. I also received multiple offers to drop a line across the backyards of several neighbors until the promised line from the street could be brought to my home. That was unacceptable.Early in the process I told the Ziply customer service I was in a Condo/HOA and needed written assurances that the common property would be restored, should they need to dig in the asphalt driveway or lawn. All I got was the quote from the web site that construction workers would repair such things.When the Fiber order was cancelled on June 7, 2024 by Ziply, I was told that they could not install the fiber because I was in a Condo. Why did the customer service folks not tell me that at the beginning? The second way Ziply misled me was about the *** line. When I knew that Fiber would not be installed, Ziply assured me the *** line would continue. That is in direct contradiction to previous statements.I have now changed to Xfinity for home Wi-Fi and telephone service.I do not recommend anyone use Ziply for home phone or Wi-Fi.

      Great customer service. Installation was efficient & the billing account system is easy to access & navigate. Very happy with its fiber optic speed too!
