  My fiance and I moved into the apartment back in june. We had a showing of the apartment and was told that before we move in mostly everything was going to be new. New stove, cabinets, fridge, closet doors, etc. on our move in date, we get our keys, a moving truck, moved all of our things out of the old apartment, and as we are doing so we get informed that the water was cut off, so we can not move into said apartment. Of course we get highly upset because all of our stuff is already packed in a moving truck. So they compromise, we were able to move into a vacant apartment just a few doors down our apartment, but for a few days. We took the offer because we had nowhere else to go. Two days go by and we are told one of the workers breaks the kitchen sink, so we had to wait another day untill my fiance and I were finally able to completely move into said apartment. Once we got into the apartment kitchen cabinet doors, bathroom cabinet and drawers, main entry closet door and the second bedroom closet doors were all completely missing. We complained to them and they compromised again with giving both of us a full lease term of free parking space, 1 for each vehicle, and 1 month of free rent on top of the 1 month free rent after move in deal. So in all 2 months of free rent. Currently its been 6 months, and we're still missing the closet doors to the main entry, and second bedroom. They installed some cabinet doors from a refurbished apartment that ***** match what we were told. My fiance works in leasing, but they keep ducking our calls and maintenance requests.
