    I bought a 2016 Mecedes Benz E400C VIN:***************** (BOUGHT FEB 2021) I have sold the car 10/27/2022 I went to go cancel my Maintenance Package on 10/29/2022 and they told me to cancel I had to talk to finance. (I can not remember his name in the finance department. He told me they made changes and there is no refund. I said here is all my paper work that was given to me the day of perchase can you please find me the paperwork stating " No Refund...."? He began to search my paperwork then stated" Its not in there" I said you had me initial and sign all this paper work and thats not in there because the day I bought the car that was not mentions or put on any of my paperwork. He then went on his computer did some typing and then printed out the paperwork with my name on it BUT NO SIGNATURE OR DATE, he then high lighted the NO REFUND I said I never got this paperwork or you would have had me initial or sign it the day of purchase. I said so you just made and printed this paperwork up today. He said well you don't get a refund they don't refund maintenance Package at the time you purchase the vehicle. I seen the paper work he printed out it had no initials or signature from me cause I never saw that paperwork until that day.

    To the point; they scammed us. In 2021 we went to their dealership and asked if they could order a 2022 GLE with very specific options. We said if the options werent available we would wait until they are. They assured us that they were available. We ordered. Car was ready for pickup May 2022. They hurried us though the first look of the vehicle. The option that we MOST wanted I pointed to it, well what I thought was it, and the salesman just smiled. We did all the paperwork(2 hours) then went back to the car for a full walk through so-to-speak. Took about an hour and the very last thing they pointed out was the option that we most wanted was NOT on the vehicle. We wanted to walk away but the guy assure us they would make it right and they have their three day guarantee. Well that three days guarantee is only good on an exchange in the lot we later found out. They knew that. They wanted us to drive off the lot. They then said they would order us a new car with all the original options that we wanted and they would make it right (heard that before). New car came in and they wanted to charge us and additional $15,000 for THEIR error. So they made money on our purchase (+the 6k Covid premium charge), our trade in, and NOW they wanted to charge us on their s**** up. Now we have a car that missing the features we wanted and they have our money. They were shady every step of the way all while smiling in our faces claiming they would make it right. Do NOT trust them. Silly us thinking that a luxury car brand wouldnt be shady. ****** learned and will never set foot in their business or any ****** dealership.
