Decided to buy new home with Flyhomes' buy before you sell program. House was estimated at $450K. We purchased the new home and moved in. After the 90 day period in which we could take the option, this was never conveyed or recommended to us. After 6 months and recession, Flyhomes updates us that we no longer qualify for the loan. They tell us that becuase we no longer qualify for the loan (due to the market downturn), we now have to move out of our new home, move back into the home we were going to sell, and now owe Flyhomes ~$45,000 for their "services rendered" and the obscene $133/day interest per diem. So we now:1. Don't have a new home 2. Have to move back into our old home 3. Owe them almost $50,000 Their entire business should have a huge Caveat Emptor disclaimer, as if the market turns on you, you're absolutely hosed with no recourse. I implore any individual to stay away from their buy before your sell program.Business response

I'm terribly sorry that you feel your experience has not been satisfactory. As you know, we were able to put together a solution for your needs when you came to us wanting to move into a new home. The market timing is unfortunate and completely out of your and Flyhomes' control. We want nothing more than to help you complete the Buy Before You Sell transaction and have been working tirelessly to try to find you a viable path forward.
