    On May 21, I enrolled my daughter in swim ******s, selecting the earliest available date of **** 1 for a group ******* I believed I had signed up for four ******s over a month and could choose convenient dates and times. I was charged $341 for the month.After the **** 1 ******* I tried to book another for **** 4, thinking it would be the second of my four ******s. However, I mistakenly signed up for an additional group ****** and was charged $314. Realizing my error, I contacted the facility on **** 4 to cancel the second ****** and reverse the charge. I left a voicemail and was advised by a swim instructor to email their support team. I emailed them on **** 5, detailing the situation and requesting assistance but received no response. I followed up with another email and voicemail on **** 6, still with no reply.On **** 8, SwimQwik contacted me at a different email, indicating the email I used was unauthorized. I confirmed my identity and explained the issue again. They informed me that I had signed up for two 3-month plans, which was not clear at the time of registration, and they refused to offer support, citing a no-cancellation policy.I responded on **** 10, stating I would not pay for two 3-month plans and could have resolved this issue with timely support. Following this, SwimQwik charged my credit card five times on **** 10, totaling $2100 for future ******s, and cancelled my **** ******s without notice. I had already paid over $600 for **** classes that were now canceled, with no resolution offered.SwimQwiks website does not clearly state the 3-month commitment during sign-up or on the receipt, only in the terms and conditions, which is deceptive. Their customer service is unresponsive, making it impossible to correct mistakes. The portal is misleading, leading to accidental sign-*** for additional ******s or long-term commitments. This company's practices are deceptive, and their customer service is inadequate.

    I have never experienced such poor treatment or disrespect from a business. I wish I had read the reviews before signing my children up for private lessons here. I enrolled my kids along with another family because the program allowed up to four children per session. I communicated with the front desk, and they confirmed that our arrangement was approved. After my kids attended just two lessons, a snowstorm hit, leading to school cancellations and the shutdown of all after-school activities. I reached out to the school to reschedule the ******* explaining that we couldn't attend due to dangerous road conditions. Despite this, the school insisted they were open and their instructors were present, so we had to forfeit the class without any chance for a makeup session.The other family's mother and I asked for the contact information for management, as well as the safety protocols they followed, because it was shocking that they wouldn't accommodate us, especially as new customers. The owner emailed back, accusing us of harassment for asking these questions, then charged my credit card for three months' worth of lessons, totaling over $1,200. When I questioned these charges, they said our behavior constituted harassment, placing a warning on my account and threatening further charges for the remaining lessons. Not only was this not mentioned in the waiver, but there was no harassment; we simply asked about management information and safety protocols.I disputed the charges with my bank, and they refunded the money. However, the business then charged me $106 for the disputed charges. I sent two follow-up emails, which were completely ignored. Moreover, there's no option to remove your credit card from their system, allowing them to continue charging you. After much hassle, I finally got the cancellation processed. I'm still in disbelief that a business like this can remain open, and the responses I received from the owner were utterly unacceptable.
