  I went to this business. In October of 2022 at Olegs Auto ********* **. I went to this business for an issue related to my (Key control the individual changed the door handle when the door remote did not work Olegs, employee started to look for the issue up on that. The employee caused an electrical Short causing the ****** AND CAMERA system to fail on my 2018 ****** Tacoma TRD. I went several times, to speak to the owner **** and he explained to me that he ordered the parts, but to date of 1-24-23 there have been no word from him, and my truck is still broken to date. I have tried to get this matter resolved but Olegs Auto Body has not contact me or been truthful as to the things that he did with my truck. I am asking that he fix this matter for me ASAP

  Hello, this is **** with ****'s Auto Body LLC, located at *************************************************************. A customer named *********************** came to my body shop with his 2018 ****** Tacoma sometime in October of 2022 saying that "his remote was not working". It was a rainy day when he dropped the 2018 ****** Tacoma off at my shop in October of 2022. The vehicle had previous repairs done to it which included repairs done to the A ******* B ******* and Roof. The repairs were done in someones backyard. The rain water came in through the roof and leaked into the fuse box which caused wire corrosion. I ran the vehicle diagnostic for 4 hours and told him that there are multiple electrical problems with the vehicle. The remote did not work and the stereo and the camera were never on. When I told him what  the vehicle diagnostic came up with and about the water leaking through the roof into the fuse box. He started blaming me for all the electrical problems that were with his car. I never worked on his car and he didnt pay for the vehicle diagnostics that I ran on his vehicle.

  I am rejecting this response because: The (Body Shop or **** there are lying the Vehicle was in perfect working order there was not leaking in the cab. I would like the ( BBB to View the following related Photos, if you see that this is the condition that Olegs Body Shop left my Vehicle. The Body Shop owner is a ( LIAR , Olegs Body Shop does this to many vehicle's, that he services, when I brought my ( TACOMA the truck was not in this condition as viewed by the photos,  also Olegs explains in his response that this vehicle had someone else work on it ( Again this is not true **** also explain that the camera and stereo were not working if they were not operational why did he give me my Vehicle back in the condition of the photos, I do not know what he means by ****************** ***************************

  What Olegs Body Shop should do is Fix my truck in the manner that it was the photos, clearly explain the terrible condition he left the vehicle. A good businessman would have fixed this truck, but it appears, that **** did not know what he was doing he continues, to do this to many customers, that he meets only to give excuses, and hide from the customers.  Also, **** has not provided no evidence to the BBB. THAT SUPPORTS HIS RESPONSE.
