Do NOT go here if you're billing through insurance!!!! The people doing the billing, do not know what they're doing and you will end up with an absolute mess. I had paid cash for all my services over the year, but ***** at the front desk told me it would be more cost effective they back bill ALL of the claims through my insurance for the last year. We agreed, they would refund me the cash payments and i would pay the patient responsibility after insurance was ran. Past forward many months later, they refused to finish what we agreed on which left me with a mess with claims that were not submitted correctly to my insurance. I dealt with ***** on every occasion, and it was PAINFUL. I was told that " it was the girl that worked there before him that didn't know how to bill through insurance and that's why some of my claims weren't reflecting the actual correct amount". I even offered to sit down with ***** and the Owner (****) to come up with a solution for the mess which obviously never happened. I eventually stopped reaching out because it was useless to call them and argue with idiots every week.. Well i got a new bill in the mail for my most recent visit. However this time, I called the office and ***** did not realize i was on the line, where he stated "Let her go to voicemail. She's gonna complain about her bill and not wanna pay" Mind you, i've paid for all my appointments at the cash price BEFORE insurance, and insurance has also been billed for every single one too!! So i'd say my account is in pretty good standing with all that extra money.Save yourself the headache, and use ANY OTHER CHIROPRACTOR in the Tri-Cities.
