            We purchased our Jeep with a bumper-to-bumper warranty, yet our experience with the service department has been highly disappointing. On July 18th, we brought our Jeep in for service due to an ongoing issue where the vehicle would not leave park mode and was unable to go into drive.We waited nearly three weeks for this appointment. We picked up our Jeep on July 25th.The service representative assisting us mentioned they had to jump-start the Jeep, which was an immediate red flag, as we had never experienced this problem before. He explained that the issue stemmed from some wiring that they cleaned off and reattached.Unfortunately, upon picking up our Jeep, it became evident that the initial problems had not been resolved, and new complications arose. The battery drains rapidly, suggesting a short or an issue with the electronic control board. Moreover, a new red warning light appeared on the dashboard.Upon returning the Jeep to the dealership, communication with the service advisor, ****** ****, has been slow and ineffective. Despite sending multiple text messages, I have received minimal updates on the progress of repairs. The estimated completion date continues to be delayed, leaving me without a reliable mode of transportation for an extended period.I was promised a loaner vehicle to mitigate the inconvenience caused by the extended repair time. However, I have yet to receive it, which has added to my frustration and stress.
