My experience with King of trades was awesome! Reliable and professional with excellent craftsmanship. All at a fair price. Will definitely use again!

Had ***** out to do a large remodel job. He and his guys were true professionals from start to finish. Do not hesitate to call King of Trades they are the best at what they do.

I had a bunch of large and small projects that needed to be done. King of Trades got me connected with a plumber to replace my water main, which was initially installed 6 inches below ground instead of the required 36 inches. And it kept springing leaks. K-o-T dug the entire channel, including breaking some on-site sidewalk and re-pouring it after the installation. That same plumber repaired horrible plumbing and leaking problems in our master bathroom that the original, sub-par plumber created when it was initially installed. AND came back to repair a solder joint that failed. My old stovetop broke years after it's expected life span and the newer ones are more compact and much smaller than the older ones so I was stuck with a pretty sizeable gap after replacement. K-o-T hand made a great metal margin for my new stovetop. And they installed custom skylight blockers for the summer using simple products that we can take down after the summer and put up next summer all by ourselves. They replaced an old broken outside water faucet for our pond with a contractor-grade one that isn't available to homeowner customers at home stores. They also did 5 truck fulls of tree branch removal and repaired my gate that Ziply Fiber broke (literally broken off so it couldn't stand).All for 1 affordable price. And they allowed me to pay in installments that worked for my budget!

My son worked for King of Trades LLC for a short period of time. The owner ***** refuses to pay the workers for the hours and work they've put in. ***** over text first stated that he would pay that day, later sent a text stating that he would pay when he feels like paying. As a parent i reached out on behalf of all of the ***** workers. I let ***** know that i have filed a complaint with *** and he proceeded to come to my job in retaliation of filing a complaint on KING OF TRADES LLC. I contacted the police and was advised to get a no contact order on ********************************* the owner of KING OF TRADES LLC. Very unprofessional and hires ***** ************* so he can pay them less money and just does NOT pay at all.

Owners hired my close friend, ****, and his laborers, but after the project was as completed, they refused to pay them for $2000 of man-hours. Initially, they claimed it was because Monday (the day they were supposed to pay) was a holiday, but after that they falsely accusing ***** crew of stealing a hammer and using that as an excuse to refuse to pay them the $2k owed. Although **** doubted any members of his crew stole anything, he was upset about the allegation and offered to call police. The owner declined, but **** wanted the matter investigated anyway if there was any chance that there was any any truth to the accusation and asked police to investigate, however, when an officer showed up, the owner immediately backpedaled his story and said he probably just misplaced it. Even so, he is still refusing to pay **** and his crew. He now claims h*** only pay him if **** agrees to wave his right to put a lien on his property. Since there would be no reason for **** to file a lien if Kings paid what they to, **** declined. This resulted in the owner telling **** that he and his crew were stupid and a bunch of idiots. **** will be filing a complaint with L&I and will apparently need to file a lien and go through the courts, but that takes time. In the meantime, neither he nor anyone on his crew will get paid the money they worked so hard for. Most of the fellas on ********** are of modest means, and needed that money. After looking this company up, it seems this isnt their first rodeo. They have a history of judgements, bouncing checks, having their insurance cancelled, license suspension, and at least one other pending investigation with L&I. If you have had the misfortune of doing business with this company and were screwed over, please consider reporting their actions to L&I.
