      Just moved to the area from out of state and wanted to get my car *******d under the extra maintenance plan I purchased when I bought my car at the dealership outside of **. It was my first time to go to a Toyota dealership in Kirkland, ** to get my routine oil change. JUST WOW! I was so blown away at the rudeness of each interaction. When I got there I was told that on ********** ******* is only for appointments. I said i had an appointment I set up online and they said well the online appt system has no limit to the # of appointments on any given day. So how can you require an appointment and then turn people away because of a system issue with creating online appointments?! So I had to come back the following Saturday, lined up my car behind dozens of others at opening time. After 1 Hour of waiting, I was then told that they cant ******* my car under my maintenance plan (prepaid) because their systems are too slow to look it up!!! I brought my contract information that day but they couldnt verify it!!! Further, they said too that ******* work for my prepaid ******* plan can only be done Mon-Fri!! The first guy from the prior week never told me that despite knowing about my prepaid maintenance plan. When I told that to the 2nd guy he brushed it aside saying well, hes new! What? Why is that my fault?!! Ive engaged with 4 employees on the 2 days I went there and EVERY interaction was met with rudeness. You need to send your folks to customer ******* training and use mystery shoppers to evaluate their conduct. I love my new Toyota car but hate these people. Hopefully not a WA dealership attitude everywhere. That Seattle freeze is real! If I didnt have to move here for my job, this is just one more reason to not live here. People are neither friendly nor helpful.

      Terrible service, rude manager and not professional team. After wasting my 2 days, they told me we have to order part. Even they didn't change the oil in 2 days.

      After being a Toyota of Kirkland customer since 2017, I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership. I bought my Rav4 here and I have brought it in for every service and car need since. We've had a few less than great experiences over the years (like a sales person giving out our personal information and how much we pay per month for our car to someone who came in and said we were friends), but our last experience was even more disappointing. We were not communicated with at all. We were not given an estimate for parts, work/labor. We were not called for updates. The service department ordered parts and did not tell us. They then installed these parts and did more work than we were prepared for and slapped us with almost an $800 bill we were not expecting. I would have told them not to do this work as it was not needed to make the car drivable/safe. I did not even get the option to say no. So, when we went to pick our car up, we were completely frustrated by the lack of communication and then the price we were expected to pay without any foreknowledge or explanation. I called the service manager, ****** and left a voicemail. He called me back and assured me that he would help with the charges and would call me back within 45 mins. I never heard back. I have since left 3 voicemails, and have not heard back. It's really unacceptable to "ghost" a client and not give any further information. Even if the charges stand (which really isn't fair since we weren't communicated with), I would at least expect a phone call back. All that to say, it's one of the worst customer service experiences we have had and will no longer be a patron of Toyota of Kirkland.

      Too expensive for work performed. I had routine maintenance that cost me nearly one thousand dollars

      A routine maintenance would only be oil and filter and a tire rotation. ***** vehicle had ******* miles and based on the manufactures guideline's was due for sparks plugs to be replaced and we also performed a coolant service which was due at ******* miles and a brake fluid flush. ***** was presented a estimated for all the additional recommend work. ***** then approved the additional work on 10/6/22 at 12:09 pm

      WARNING!!! Do not buy here!!! They will rip you off here. Wanted to order a Sienna 3 months ago but during the paperwork they tried to sneak in a 7k markup. I walked out but they followed me and agreed to drop it. 2 weeks before arrival I brought in my trade to be prepared for the transaction and we AGREED ON A PRICE! Van arrives and they write the paperwork up with thousands less than they AGREED to give me. What am I going to do? Wait another 3 months. Horribly unethical dealership!

      The service **** at ToK is not reliable. You cant count on what they tell you.The brakes on our Toyota were making a sound Id never heard brakes make before. Inspected them and didnt see any issues. Since it seemed to be an unusual problem we decided to take the vehicle to ToK for diagnosis.The service manager (***************) told us that off brand brake pads had caused the rotors to be all torn up and required replacement. From my inspection, I knew that the rotors were in good shape and could not see how a reasonable person would say they needed to be replaced. Definitely not torn up. Also, only brake pads from reputable brands had ever been put on this vehicle that transports my wife and child. What we were told by ToK was obviously not true.Had had an ok experience with ToK in the past. Now we dont feel that we can trust them.Everyone was polite.Also, ToK is expensive, even for a dealership.We dont expect to return to ToK for either service or for a vehicle. Not recommended.
