              On Monday, April 4th I went to Trader Joes in ****** and upon entering the parking lot hit a pot hole that ended up doing significant damage to my vehicle. I contacted the store April 8th to find out who to call about the damage, they directed me to call Powell. Upon doing so, I spoke with ***** who informed me to file a claim with my insurance company and Powell would work with them to repair the damages and that they would be fixing the pot hole soon. I have now called many times as has my insurance company and Powell refuses to work with my insurance company to repair the damage. They do not answer or return calls and claim they have given the information to my insurance company however this is completely false. ****** called me today after a month of no calls being returned to tell me to go through my insurance and its their job to figure out who Powells policy is through. This is completely unacceptable and the fact that they said they would pay for the damages and are now avoiding the issue completely is disgusting.
