I hired Romeo (owns the business), to replace roof on both my patio and shed. Told him the patio roof was leaking and that it was approximately 15 years old. The shed was an after thought, and currently have no issues with that roof. I signed contract on 03/12/2020. Not sure of actual date roof was completed, but within a few months. As soon as the rains came in the fall, I notified Romeo-we have an issue. I sent texts and phone calls with no return communication at all.I hired him, by word of my mouth from my neighbor. Just happened to see him over his house finally around Jan 2021, and asked why he is blowing me off. At that time Romeo (in front of same neighbor) said he would send his guys over when the weather gets better.No contact after that OR since. Continued to text and call to no avail. Heard he was out of the country all last year (not sure if that is true). I need to now replace the wood under the shingles, as the leaks continued all winter and spring.I hold a contract, with his company and guarantee 5 years of labor and 30 year singles. Help or if you could guide me to hold him accountable, thank you
