NJ ROOFING LLC promised us that he would take care of us throughout this process as it was a big financial purchase. He also portrayed, and stated that his company had the best customer service, and that going with him was the right choice. Workmanship warranty was also promised, but when we contacted NJ ROOFING LLC about the issues, they didn't want to do any warranty work, and told us it would cost us an additional $600+ for them to come back out and to look at what was causing the issue after they completed the roof.Paid this company ~$40,000 for a roof job on our house.The day the roof job was completed, we noticed lumps in different areas of the roof, where the shingles would bulge out. NJ ROOFING LLC said that the lumps were normal, and would eventually flatten out with the summer heat. We contacted NJ ROOFING LLC about the bumps after the summer season was over, and they told us that they were completely normal. We contacted NJ ROOFING LLC many times over the course of a year about the shingle bumps, as well as the start of mold all over the *****. They wanted to charge us $600+ to tear their own work apart that was under workmanship, and product warranty.As we started to notice mold forming on the roof *****, we called NJ ROOFING LLC back again, and again. As NJ ROOFING LLC started to ignore all communication efforts we decided to call multiple roofing companies to come take a look, and each company stated that, "The roof was laid down incorrectly", "Underlayment was laid incorrectly", "Ice barrier was laid incorrectly", "NJ ROOFING LLC used wet wood".Everything is supposed to be covered by the workmanship warranty, as well as the product warranty, yet NJ ROOFING LLC is not willing to do the work without another payment.
