I ordered a premium ******, the Victorian Garden, to be delivered to my mom and got something totally different different than what I ordered. I called and complained, they wanted my 75 year old mom who just got home from the hospital that day, to take them back, I said no, she can't do that, we argued about it, she then had them picked up and delivered flowers that were even worse and cheap. I paid ******, 10 dollar tip even.. I have the pictures of both boquets and the picture of what it was supposed to look like on their web page.. she won't send the ****** I purchased and won't return my money.. I live in west Virginia and placed this order on line a week in advance to make sure I'd get a nice ****** sent to my mom. The first picture of boquets, is the one I wanted and thought I was purchasing. The other two boquets sitting on the wooden table are the ones that they delivered. The took the first ****** back and brought that other one with the roses. I said come and get this one too cuz it's not what I paid for. I can get that kinda ********************* at the grocery store for 30 or 40 bucks. I spent 120 dollars and trusted them.Business response

******* was sent day before Thanksgiving. Two bouquets and delivery and redelivery(X2) charges total $219.98. Per phone calls-customer was insulting and wanted refund which is not our policy. Substitutions are our policy. Customer called after each delivery and caused employee who made the bouquet to cry after first delivery. After second delivery, second phone call by customer was insulting, accusatory and unwilling to listen. Our shop isn't willing to continue to have a professional relationship with customer.Customer response

I made the online order almost a week in advance to make sure I'd get the ****** I purchased. I was not rude or insulting at all, and I didn't make anyone cry. I asked them to please send what I ordered. It's not my fault they were delivering the wrong ******. I paid alot of money and trusted that business for a very important occasion, and they failed big time and won't make it right. I wanted the ****** I bought not the money until she said they didn't have anymore of those flowers for my ******, that's when I asked for a refund. They had almost a week to get ahold of me to let me know if they couldn't do it, instead they kept my money, never tried to get ahold of me. And they just sent what ever they wanted, and it was ugly, you can see by the pictures those boquets aren't even close to what I thought I was buying.Customer response

I want this case open still. I did send back my response from the business. They lied to you. I only talked to the owner, I was never rude or made anyone cry. I made that order 5 or 6 days ahead of time, they kept my money and tip and sent cheap flowers. She never tried to contact me to say she couldn't make the ****** I ordered. I'm so upset that she's lying about this whole situation. She lied on the review my husband left on her web site, and said he was never a customer and they have no record of him making that purchase, the credit card is in his name only. I still would like a refund from this business.
